Ergeon
Jenny He, PhD, is the founder and CEO of Ergeon, a tech-enabled
construction company. Since its inception in 2018, Ergeon has empowered
thousands of customers by offering a seamless end-to-end experience,
leveraging cutting-edge remote measuring, quoting, and 3D modeling
technologies. This is made possible through the collaboration of a global allremote staff and skilled local contractors, who scale their businesses with the
support of Ergeon9s comprehensive project management backend. Under
Jenny's leadership, Ergeon is transforming the residential construction
industry across the U.S. Inspired by her own home improvement challenges,
Jenny set out on a mission to make residential construction as easy as ecommerce for customers. At a time of severe workforce shortages and high
infrastructure demands, Ergeon9s mission to streamline construction for both
homeowners and installers is more critical than ever. Holding contractor
licenses in over 10 states, Jenny takes a hands-on approach to leadership and
is frequently invited to speak at industry podcasts, conferences, and peer
groups. Before entering the startup world, Jenny was an Associate Partner at
McKinsey & Company, where she primarily served industrial clients as an
operations expert. She holds a PhD and a Master9s in Computer Science from
Princeton University and studied Electrical Engineering (EngSci) at the
University of Toronto. In her free time, Jenny enjoys traveling (she has met over
100 Ergeon staff members around the globe), hosting female peers in the tech
industry through groups like Persistence and VC Backed Moms, and spending
time at home in Palo Alto with her husband, John, and daughter, Maya.

Zacua Ventures
Vivin Hegde is the Founding and Managing Partner at Zacua Ventures, a global
venture capital ûrm transforming the Built Environment with innovative
technology investments. With over two decades of experience, Vivin is a
recognized leader in construction technology, making signiûcant contributions
as both an operator and investor. At Zacua Ventures, Vivin drives value for
early-stage startups, leveraging his expertise in Construction software, AI,
Robotics and IoT. Under his leadership, Zacua Ventures has become a key
player in the construction tech space, known for successful investments and
global corporate collaborations Before Zacua, Vivin held pivotal roles at Hilti,
Trimble, and McKinsey & Company. As General Manager of the Hilti-Trimble
JV, he led the development of emerging technologies. At McKinsey, he
spearheaded high-impact sales and strategy teams across multiple
continents.

The Neutral Project
Nate Helbach is Managing Partner and Chief Executive Ofûcer at The Neutral
Project, leading ûnancing, product development, and construction of the
company's low, mid, and high rise developments. While studying Finance and
Sustainability at Harvard Extension School, Nate developed a thesis to
redeûne conventional development strategies and mitigate the harmful effects
of the built environment in our ecosystem. Nate founded The Neutral Project
based on this thesis in 2020 and continuously seeks to evolve and innovate
new sustainable development methods to rejuvenate our built environment.
Nate9s experience working for a Midwest developer with over 2,000 units
under management and an average of 400 units under development per year
allows him to apply his expertise in ûnancial modeling, capital raising, investor
relations, deal structuring, Midwest market analysis, insurance management,
development project management, and innovative building design to The
Neutral Project9s continued success.
