Christopher (Chris) Gray is the CEO of EcoSmart Solution (ESS). ESS is a
green energy services provider of scalable, sustainable infrastructure for new
real estate developments and retroût solutions for existing buildings. For
developers of new construction, ESS designs and delivers an innovative
geothermal infrastructure combined with a comprehensive suite of distributed
energy resources. For existing assets ESS delivers turnkey, bespoke carbon
and energy reduction retroûts with beneûts to owners, landlords, and tenants.
Chris brings an extensive background in energy and engineering. Before
leading ESS, he served as the CTO of the company. Prior to that he stood up a
company RENU Communities which developed a process and team to deliver
decarbonization retroûts, and before that he spent over 15 years working
within energy giant Southern Company in various roles and operating
companies including: research and development, sales, and new business
development.

Peter A. Gudmundsson is the CEO of BeHome24-7, a leading provider of
uniûed property management platform technology for operators in hospitality
and residential real estate. The SaaS property technology company allows
property managers to control smart home devices, attain operational
efûciency, and communicate with guests and residents. Throughout his career,
Peter has led small and medium-sized businesses in the veterinary, media,
human capital, and technology spaces. The author of two books, he is a
regular media contributor has published opinion pieces in Forbes, The
Washington Post, US News & World Report, The Hill, The Christian Science
Monitor, and many other periodicals. A former U.S. Marine ûeld artillery ofûcer,
Peter is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Brown University.

Dan Hardcastle is a senior advisor at HUD and FHA focused on innovative
solutions for housing affordability and homeownership opportunity. Prior to his
time in government, he founded a startup to help homeowners develop and
ûnance Accessory Dwelling Units, aiming to both expand the supply of
affordable rental housing and provide homeowners additional income to keep
them in their homes. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and the
George Washington University Law School. He grew up in Orlando, Florida
and lives with his family in Washington, DC9s Shaw neighborhood.
