Stephanie Gonzalez, Vice President of Innovation at Venterra Realty, is a
results-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in digital transformation
within the multifamily industry. Known for her creative problem-solving, datadriven insights, and keen intuition, Stephanie excels in turning challenges into
opportunities. Complementing her drive for innovation, Stephanie oversees the
Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Communications departments at
Venterra, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends. She holds a Bachelor of
Business from the University of North Texas and continuously updates her
knowledge through reading, podcasts, and consumer trend analysis. She
serves on the Innovation and Emerging Technology Committee for the National
Multifamily Housing Council and has earned certiûcations from MIT, the
American Marketing Association, and Google.

RE Angels
Alon is the Founder and General Manager of RE Angels, a real estate
technology angel fund solely composed of real estate experts with deep and
diverse industry expertise focused on early stage startups. In addition, Alon
owns and manages several multifamily portfolios throughout the southeast
(FL, NC & VA). Alon was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of DTI
Holdings, a vertically-integrated private equity real estate fund, which was
established in early 2017. DTI Holdings acquired and managed both residential
multifamily (Class B & C) and commercial properties. Previously, as a Senior
Investment Manager at MIO Partners, McKinsey & Company9s Investment
Ofûce, Alon established a new multi-year private equity investment fund of
approximately $200 million p.a., building a diverse investments portfolio with
consistent strong returns.

Chris Gough is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey9s Technology Group,
specializing in M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory in the ûntech,
proptech, and vertical software markets. He has nearly 20 years of technology
advisory experience across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Chris has
been one of the most active advisors in the proptech market, having advised
software companies across the residential, multi-family, construction, and
commercial proptech segments, including on the sale of BoomTown, StarRez,
Real Capital Markets, ATTOM Data, ShowingTime, TurnKey, Lone Wolf,
Skyslope, Inside Real Estate, and Propertybase, among others.

Equity Angels
Rose Graves has worked at the conüuence of business operations, talent
acquisition, and strategic leadership for nearly twenty years. She currently
serves as Talent Advisor for Equity Angels and is a Senior Recruiting Business
Partner at Amazon, where she plays a pivotal role in sourcing and nurturing
top-tier talent. Before her venture into the tech giant's domain, Rose honed
her expertise in recruitment and stafûng at Motus Recruiting and Stafûng,
where she served as the Chief Operating Ofûcer and later as the Director of
Business Operations and Sales. Her tenure there was marked by her adept
leadership and strategic insight, driving operational excellence and fostering
client relationships. Rose's journey in the professional landscape began at
Aquent, where she served as an Account Director, managing client solutions.
Her passion for talent acquisition and development led her to take on the role
of Director of Talent at SET Creative, a WPP Experiential Agency, where she
spearheaded recruitment efforts and contributed to the agency's creative
prowess. Throughout her career, Rose has been recognized for her ability to
identify and nurture talent, driving organizational growth and success. With a
robust background in recruitment, business operations, and strategic
leadership, Rose Graves continues to make signiûcant contributions to the
organizations she serves, embodying a commitment to excellence and
