MAG Partners
MaryAnne Gilmartin is the Founder and Chief Executive Ofûcer of MAG
Partners, a real estate development company she founded in 2018. Today, the
company has a $1B development pipeline in New York, including RUBY at 243
W. 28th St, a mixed-income residential building designed by COOKFOX that
began leasing in April 2023. In addition, the company is developing two other
residential buildings, 335 Eighth Avenue and 300 E. 50th St., as well as a
boutique ofûce building at 122 Varick. In partnership with Sagamore Ventures,
Goldman Sachs Asset Management and MacFarlane Partners, MAG Partners
is leading the development of Baltimore Peninsula, a 235-acre masterplan in
Baltimore, MD. In 2023, 1.1M SF of ofûce, retail and residential development
will open on a prime waterfront location. MaryAnne previously served as
President and CEO of Forest City Ratner Companies, where she oversaw a
period of game-changing ground-up development and managed its
multimillion square foot residential, commercial and retail portfolio. MaryAnne
also served as Chair of the Board of Directors and interim Chief Executive
Ofûcer of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. In her tenure at Forest City Ratner
Companies, MaryAnne spearheaded the development of some of the most
high-proûle real estate projects in New York City. She led the efforts to build
Barclays Center, the state-of-the-art sports and entertainment venue and the
centerpiece of the $4.9 billion, 22-acre mixed-use Paciûc Park Brooklyn
development. She also oversaw the development of The New York Times
Building, designed by world-renowned architect Renzo Piano; New York by
Gehry, designed by award-winning architect Frank Gehry; and the Tata
Innovation Center at Cornell Tech, a new ofûce building that is a ûrst-of-itskind space for tech innovation, designed by Weiss/Manfredi on Roosevelt
Island.

Josh Glastein serves as the Chief Technology Ofûcer at Berkshire. In his
position, Josh is responsible for establishing long-term goals, evaluating new
technologies, and improving performance related to the ûrm9s Information
Technology. Prior to joining Berkshire, Josh served as IT Manager at the
Baupost Group. During his tenure at the Baupost Group, Josh oversaw
technology projects and support for the front and middle ofûce. He has
managed technology teams responsible for supporting systems used
throughout the entire investment process. Josh received a Master in Business
Administration and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Boston
University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree from The
Pennsylvania State University.

Group
Greg Gleicher has spent the past decade in real estate; he was Senior Director
of Acquisitions and Development for a skyline-deûning developer in NYC
before founding his company Good Developments Group. It was while working
with innovative construction companies in his previous role that he began to
notice the opportunities available from a land, logistics and expertise
perspective in St. Louis, which led him to launch his company and develop the
100-acre Gateway South Design & Construction Innovation District master
plan. Greg, an alumnus of Washington University in St. Louis, has now
returned to live in St. Louis.

Roee Gold
Roee Gold is the co-founder and CEO of Area, an automated compliance tool
for the construction industry. Roee has worked within real estate development
and construction for his whole career. He worked at Garden Communities
based out of San Diego, working between construction and property
management of assets ranging from 200-2000 units in San Diego, Irvine, and
Los Angeles. He also builds urban inûll projects in San Diego and New York.
