PRODA
Zander Geronimos is the Head of North America for PRODA, where he leads
revenue and growth, working with Blackstone, PGIM, Hines, and many more
across the real estate industry. He is a member of the ULI Gold Technology
Council and the Innovation Afûnity Group of PREA, and involved in Realcomm,
CRETech, BluePrint, RETCON, and MIPIM. Prior to joining PRODA, Zander
was the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development for
MetaProp VC. At the onset of his PropTech career, Zander was a Senior
Solutions Engineer for North America for VTS. He is the Founder of the UVA
Alumni in Real Estate, a regular lecturer, and board member of UVA White
Rufûn Byron Center for Real Estate. He has guest-lectured at prominent
universities, including Yale, UCLA, Cornell, UC Irvine, and Vanderbilt.

communications with key players across the real estate value chain and the
proptech community. Prior to joining PRODA, Zander was the head of
Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at MetaProp, the leading
early-stage Venture Capital ûrm in Proptech, working with strategic investors
representing nearly 20 billion square feet of real estate. Zander9s real estate
and proptech experience also includes four years at VTS on the Solutions
Engineering team, founder of the University of Virginia Alumni in Real Estate,
and guest lecturer at other prominent universities, including Yale, UCLA, UT
Austin, UC Irvine, Vanderbilt, and Cornell.

Nine Four Ventures
Sophia is a Principal at Nine Four Ventures, an early stage PropTech VC fund
that invests in technologies that impact the people, processes, and
ecosystems that interact with the built world. Based in New York, her
responsibilities include originating, evaluating, and executing investment
opportunities, as well as supporting existing portfolio companies. In addition,
Sophia9s responsibilities include partner management, marketing, and helping
manage Nine Four9s pilot program. Prior to Nine Four, Sophia worked as a
Project Manager at The Marketing Directors Inc. (TMD), a real estate
development consulting ûrm. At TMD, Sophia developed and implemented the
strategy for more than 30 properties in the Northeast.

Era Ventures
Raja Ghawi is a Partner at Era Ventures, a new Proptech-focused venture
capital ûrm that invests in ideas that leverage technology and innovation to
reimagine the built environment. Born and raised in Homs, Syria, he is a
graduate of Harvard University where he studied bioengineering. Raja started
his career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and also spent time
with QuantumBlack, McKinsey9s AI/ML arm. Most recently, he was the
Investment Director at Suffolk Technologies, the corporate venture arm of
Suffolk Construction, where he invested in Contech and Proptech startups and
helped them scale through the ûrm9s network and resources.
