Vice President,
RET Ventures
Jaymie is a Vice President at RET Ventures. In this role, she identiûes and
evaluates potential investments and works closely with several of the ûrm9s
portfolio companies. Before joining RET, Jaymie spent ûve years at Ensign
Peak Advisors as a Private Equity and Venture Capital Associate where she
worked with venture, growth, and buyout funds from around the world. Her
career began as an auditor for Ernst & Young, where she worked with clients in
both the banking and capital markets and wealth and asset management
sectors. Jaymie was born and raised in Utah and graduated with her B.S. and
Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 2015. She loves
spending time in the kitchen trying new recipes, hiking with her husband and
dog, traveling to countries on her bucket list, and cheering on the Utah Jazz
and Seattle Seahawks.

Property Vista
JP Gaconnier is the Chief Product Ofûcer (CPO) at Property Vista. JP is a
seasoned strategic product leader with experience and demonstrated success
in product delivery for Fortune 100, FTSE 100, Wall Street, incubation,
government entities and spin-off companies including market-leading property
management technology.Prior to joining Property Vista, JP led product at
ExamSoft, the leading provider of educational assessment technology. JP built
the product and UX teams at ExamSoft, drove both existing product
transformations, delivered new products and was integral to customer and
revenue expansion that led to the acquisition of ExamSoft by Turnitin.Before
Examsoft, JP led the online leasing products at RealPage, providing property
management software for the multifamily, commercial, single-family and
vacation rental housing industries. While at RealPage JP launched a new
mobile ûrst online leasing experience while discontinuing two legacy platforms
and seamlessly migrating customers to the new capabilities. JP now leads a
team of AI focused innovators in developing the highly advanced leasing
platform, Vida by Property Vista, which optimizes, simpliûes, and breathes new
life into the entire leasing process for prospects, residents, and leasing
professionals.

Arx
Tomas Garcia is the Co-Founder & CEO of Arx, an automated underwriting
platform that helps residential developers and home builders source and
evaluate optimal development opportunities. Before co-founding Arx, Tomas
worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs on a variety of
M&A and capital-raise transactions. He received his JD/MBA from the
University of Chicago and his B.S. in Quantitative Economics and International
Relations from Tufts University. He is a licensed attorney in the State of
California.

Jesse Garcia is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur with a
passion for empowering innovation in the industry. With over 17 years of
experience as a Broker Associate and Team Leader at Maverick Real Estate,
he has consistently produced exceptional results. Jesse's expertise extends
beyond traditional real estate, working with PLACE to advise top real estate
teams on how to leverage technology and resources for increased growth and
proûtability. Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Jesse founded Alz
For One, an education platform for families and friends supporting loved ones
battling Alzheimer's. Additionally, as a Strategic Advisor for Equity Angels, he
is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the technology startup
ecosystem. Jesse's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found and serve as
CEO of Zipi, a ûnancial operating system for real estate professionals, which
was acquired by SkySlope. His unique blend of real estate expertise and
passion for technology and social impact distinguish him as a visionary leader
in the industry.
