Lionel was Communications Director at the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy
Center, where he focused on topics such as urban development. He also has
prior work experience at the Baltimore City Department of Planning and with
Merrill Lynch9s Investment Banking group. Lionel has a BA from Johns
Hopkins University and a master9s degree in urban planning from the London
School of Economics, where he studied as a British Marshall Scholar. He
earned a JD at Georgetown Law.

She has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail leasing,
investment sales, luxury brand and property marketing, and retail and
hospitality space planning and interior build-out. She is skilled in business
development, marketing, branding, social media, and team building. She is
well-connected in the luxury/affordable luxury retail and hospitality market,
both locally and internationally. She is based in Miami, Florida, but has a
global network of clients. Pauldine is passionate about creating spaces that
are both beautiful and functional. She believes that design can have a positive
impact on people's lives, and she is committed to creating spaces that inspire
and uplift. She is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the

Tabitha started her career in the multifamily and residential space, and has
experience recruiting for technology enabled startups, SaaS vendors and also
heavily in the asset management and principal investment side of this market.
Currently, Tabitha sits as the Head of PropTech at LMRE, leading a team of
global consultants across EMEA, North America and MENA, focusing
exclusively in the PropTech/CRETech space.
Peter Frank
Peter is a Managing Director on the investments team at i80 Group, an
investment ûrm designed to propel the innovation economy forward by
empowering growth through bespoke credit solutions. Prior to i80 Group,
Peter worked as an investor with a focus on the ûntech and proptech sectors
with Partners Group, CKC Partners and MicroVest Capital Management. Peter
holds an MIB from The Fletcher School.
Russell Franks
Russell has over 30 years9 experience building high-growth B2B SaaS
companies. His expertise includes partnering with founders and investors to
drive strategic focus and build out the people and processes needed to scale
rapidly. At PredictAP, he oversees day-to-day operations with a focus on goto-market and customer facing teams. He holds an MBA from Harvard
Business School and an MA in Law from Oxford University.
