Group
Ms. Fields is a Managing Principal and Head of Real Estate Portfolio Solutions
at Meketa Investment Group. She is also an owner and member of the Board
of Directors of the ûrm. She leads the ûrm9s Diversity Leadership Committee
and participates as a member of the Private Markets Research Committee, the
Human Resources Committee and the Information Technology Committee.
Ms. Fields has more than 25 years of institutional real estate consulting
experience. Ms. Fields assists Meketa9s clients with strategic planning, policy
development, underwriting and structuring of real estate investments, analysis
of manager fees and performance, and board education, among other matters.

Crow Holdings
Elie Finegold is a Managing Director at Crow Holdings, where he co-leads the
ûrm9s venture and technology investment practice. He has been an
entrepreneur and leader at the intersection of real estate and technology for
nearly 30 years, and served as a Venture Advisor at MetaProp, a leading,
early-stage PropTech VC fund, and as an advisor to numerous early and
growth stage companies. Prior to joining Crow Holdings, Elie led Global
Innovation at CBRE, establishing the function during the formative years of the
current wave of real estate technology. He was a founding member of real
estate merchant banking ûrm Island Capital Group and was the President and
co-founder of IGY Marinas, which, under his leadership, grew into a $1.5
billion AUM vertically integrated global real estate business that is the world9s
largest owner, operator, and developer of mega-yacht marinas and waterfront
mixed-use projects. Elie was also the Chief Innovation Ofûcer of the former
Insignia Financial Group and founded several startups in both the real estate
and technology sectors. He continues to be a leader in the evolution of the
PropTech industry, serving on numerous industry leadership boards and
writing and speaking around the world on the subject. Elie graduated magna
cum laude from Harvard University with a Special Concentration in Music and
Culture, with his academic works published by Harvard Library Press.

Minna Fingerhood is an investor at Insight Partners, a global software-focused
investment ûrm. Within the üagship fund, Minna helps lead Insight9s efforts
across construction-tech, industrials, energy, and supply chain. She also
works on the 20/20 Vision Capital Fund, a fund-of-funds vehicle backing
emerging managers from underrepresented backgrounds and is part of the
senior leadership committee for the Women9s Employee Resource Group.
Minna holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania where she
graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude and currently volunteers
as a mentor for Engineering Entrepreneurship students.

Ryan Finks
Digs is Ryan's 3rd time founding a technology startup. Prior, Ryan founded 2x
companies with 2x Exits. He was the CEO/Co-founder of Streem (Acq. 2019),
CEO/Co-founder of OTG (Acq. 2015). He was a board member of the DEI
council of a public company and he has been recognized by Wired, Forbes,
NYT, Fast Company, Frost & Sullivan, Mobile World Congress, and more for his
contributions to AR, AI, & innovation. Ryan holds over 30+ patents.
