HLC Equity
Daniel Farber is responsible for leading the executive management teams on
strategy and execution of growth for HLC Equity9s investment portfolio, and
leading the group9s operating businesses and brands. Prior to his current role,
Daniel led the group9s strategy and execution of transitioning HLC Equity from
a private holding group into an institutional level sponsor of investment
opportunities by developing HLC Equity9s co-investment platform, while also
expanding the group9s legacy investment portfolio and operating businesses.
Prior to entering the real estate investment business, Daniel worked as a
strategic consultant to large multinational corporations including Unicredit
Bank and the Renova Group, and has also served as a consultant to large
political organizations. Daniel served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Staff
Sergeant, holds a BA in Government Diplomacy and Strategy from the
Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya Israel, a Post-Baccalaureate Certiûcate in
Business from Columbia University in New York, and a Master of Science in
Real Estate Development from New York University. Daniel is an active
member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO)

Heath Fear joined Kite Realty Group as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Ofûcer in November 2018. Prior to joining KRG, Mr. Fear served as
Chief Financial Ofûcer at GGP Inc., and was previously Chief Financial Ofûcer
at Retail Properties of America, Inc. Mr. Fear has over 20 years of experience
in the real estate industry. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois
College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English
from John Carroll University.

Daniel Fenton is the Head of Product for JLL9s AI Platform where he leads the
team that builds JLL GPT. Daniel ûrst joined JLL in 2010 and helped create the
ûrm9s patented 3D mapping application, Blackbird. Daniel then joined Esri,
where he contributed to launching ArcGIS Hub, the world's largest open data
platform for geospatial data. In 2019, Daniel returned to JLL to spearhead the
development of cutting-edge market intelligence and analytical products. With
a deep passion for technology and a commitment to staying ahead of the
curve, Daniel strives to continuously innovate within the real estate industry.
He lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two young children. In his free
time, Daniel enjoys discovering the vibrant arts and food of the city and
tending to his garden.

Daniel Fetner is a General Partner at Alpaca VC & Alpaca Real Estate, having
joined in July of 2018. Daniel co-heads Alpaca9s PropTech investing efforts
across all fund vehicles. In this capacity, Daniel is responsible for sourcing and
evaluating prospective investments, sitting on boards and managing Alpaca9s
PropTech portfolio. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Daniel also
oversees the ûrm9s research-driven Field Study & MBA Associate program,
and manages the relationships of Alpaca9s most important and strategic
