Bryan is founder at Guidepost, an investment and management company
focused at the intersection of the residential real estate and hospitality
operations in leisure travel destinations. Bryan is an active investor and advisor
supporting fast-growing PropTech and consumer businesses including Way,
Kindred, Naya Homes, HostGPO, GravityHaus, and many more. Bryan is a
graduate of Cornell University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel
Administration and concentration in real estate ûnance.

The Durst Organization
Nick Durst is a member of the 4th Generation at The Durst Organization. For
over 100 years, The Durst Organization has been a family-run business
dedicated to the principles of innovation, integrity, community, and
sustainability. The Durst Organization develops, builds, owns & manages
premier ofûce towers and residential buildings in NYC. Nick has spent almost
six years at The Durst Organization, currently serving as on the Transactions
team, underwriting and facilitating active management of assets, ûnancings,
acquisitions, dispositions, and development deals. Nick also helps to manage
the Durst Ventures portfolio. Durst Ventures is a strategic investment portfolio
seeking innovative solutions to building and operating buildings more
efûciently and delivering a higher level of service to tenants and residents.
Prior to joining his family business, Nick spent two years at GLG assisting
private equity and venture capital clients with investment diligence work. Nick
holds a BA in Political Science from UNC Chapel Hill and MS in Real Estate
Finance from NYU.

Development
Jeff is the President of Midwood, a private real estate investment and
development ûrm founded in New York in 1925. The company owns and
manages more than 140 properties across the United States, with a focus on
New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Los Angeles. Notable projects
developed by Midwood include The Shops at Sportsmen's Lodge in Studio
City, Los Angeles, a 95,000-square-foot open-air community gathering place
that features top dining, shopping, and wellness tenants; 210 South 12th, a
premium rental tower by global architecture ûrm RSHP reimagining the
Philadelphia skyline; 150 East 78th Street, the sold-out luxury condominium
development featuring architecture by award-winning ûrm Robert A.M. Stern
Architects on NYC9s Upper East Side. Prior to joining Midwood, he was Head
of Development for Kuafu Properties, a real estate development and
investment ûrm with strong ties to Asian investors. Previously, Jeff was a
Senior Vice President for Development at Extell Development Company where
he oversaw the development of over two million square feet of mixed used,
residential and hospitality projects including ONE57, which features 94 ultraluxury residences above a 210-key üagship Park Hyatt Hotel. Jeff received his
MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial
Engineering and Management Science with Departmental Honors from
Northwestern University.

Innovation,
Neuberger Berman
Mollie is the Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Almanac Realty
Investors, the private real estate investment platform at Neuberger Berman.
She spearheads efforts within the Almanac portfolio to adopt and implement
new technologies, improve internal processes, and drive innovation. Mollie
also leads the ûrm9s portfolio-wide data initiative, chairs the AlmanacAI
Committee, and hosts the biennial Almanac Real Estate Technology Summit.
She has been involved in the PropTech scene since 2017, and prior to joining
Almanac in 2022, Mollie was the Vice President of Ventures at WAM Equity
Partners where she made investments in early stage PropTech companies.
Before that, she worked as an internal consultant and strategist at IBM. Mollie
graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality
and a minor in Marketing.
