Brandon Dobell is a Managing Director and a leader within BGL9s Services
vertical. Brandon, who has more than 20 years of experience in M&A advisory
and equity research, leads the ûrm9s investment banking activities in Real
Estate Services & Technology as part of the ûrm9s Professional Services
coverage. Prior to joining BGL, Brandon was a Partner and Managing Director
at William Blair & Co., where he completed sell-side and buy-side M&A for the
ûrm9s real estate services, tech-enabled services, and education services
teams. Previously, Brandon spent nearly 20 years in equity research, providing
insights on public companies, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to
institutional investors across a variety of sectors.
Andrew Dolling is responsible for overseeing the execution of Pennybacker9s
multifamily investments, including acquisitions, investment business plans,
property due diligence, design, branding, construction, operations and
dispositions.

Mark Domino is a digital innovator with experience in cutting-edge projects at
the intersection of tech and real estate. He is the founder of Spireworks, an
app-based platform illuminating iconic buildings in New York City for
philanthropic causes, brands, and civic engagement including One World
Trade Center, One Bryant Park, One Five One West 42nd Street, and Sven in
Long Island City, Queens. Currently the Director of Digital at The Durst
Organization, Mark advises on strategic innovation and investment strategies.
His teaching background at institutions including Rhode Island School of
Design and Brown University complements his understanding of complex
systems within constantly changing environments.

Tomer leads and executes Endpoint9s go-to-market strategy, ensuring the
company is positioned to deliver a great experience for proptech companies,
single-family rental (SFR) investors, real estate agents, and their clients. Prior
to joining Endpoint in 2023, he led the revenue organization at Spruce, a techenabled title and escrow company that Zillow acquired. Before that, he served
as co-founder and CEO of a venture-backed legal technology company and
the General Counsel and VP of business development for a medical device
company. Tomer started his career as a corporate attorney at Debevoise &
Plimpton and White & Case after graduating from the University of Michigan
Law School with a concentration in corporate tax law. Originally from Israel,
Tomer lives on Long Island in New York with his wife, Becca, and his
daughters, Avigal and Stav. When he9s not working, he likes trying new recipes
with his daughters, walking around the neighborhood with his wife, and
helping early-stage startup founders brainstorm how to take products to
market.

Virginia Drennen is a Principal, Go-To-Market at Fifth Wall, where she drives
value creation opportunities for portfolio companies as they implement go-tomarket strategies and engage with the ûrm's strategic partners. Prior to joining
Fifth Wall, Virginia began her career at The Blackstone Group, ûrst in the ûrm9s
hedge fund marketing division and subsequently in real estate portfolio
management. Virginia was born in Birmingham, Alabama, and currently lives in
NY. She graduated from the University of Virginia, where she received her BA
in Economics and a minor in Architecture.
