Adrian Danila

Adrian Danila is a distinguished public speaker, former multifamily executive,
and entrepreneur specializing in maintenance management services. His
inüuence extends well beyond his extensive industry experience, serving as
both an EPA Proctor and a prominent authority in property management.
Adrian9s journey began in 2003 as a part-time groundskeeper. By 2007, he had
taken on pivotal roles in service departments, overseeing maintenance
operations, managing capital projects, and spearheading renovations for
portfolios housing up to 32,000 apartment homes. He has worked for industry
giants such as Greystar, Balfour Beatty Communities, PMG, and Cortland.
More than a seasoned professional, Adrian is an esteemed trainer and
maintenance subject matter expert. He has mentored and trained numerous
maintenance professionals and taught classes integral to the CAMT curriculum
by the National Apartment Association, shaping the knowledge base of future
industry leaders. In August 2023, Adrian founded the Multifamily X Consulting
Group. As a full-time entrepreneur, he leverages over two decades of
multifamily expertise to provide a variety of services for property management
companies and multifamily service providers. Adrian9s is also the host of the
Multifamily Chronicles, The Multifamily Hangout, and Multifamily X podcasts.
These platforms are growing hubs for industry wisdom and inspiration. His
academic background adds a unique dimension to his expertise. Holding a
law degree from the Romanian American University in Bucharest, Romania,
Adrian brings a diverse perspective that enriches his approach to multifamily
management and consulting.
Maria is the Founder and CEO of Kojo, an industry-leading construction
procurement platform that's raised $45m to date. She was previously Joe
Lonsdale9s Chief of Staff and helped him build 8VC, a venture fund they grew
to over $2.7bn in AUM. Maria also co-founded RCI, a ûntech company, which
was acquired by Addepar in 2020.

properly communicated to investors and stakeholders.
