Drew Conway currently leads Two Sigma9s Strategic Data Science team where
his responsibilities include serving as the Head of Data Science for Two Sigma
Private Investments. Mr. Conway oversees all data science initiatives for Two
Sigma Private Investments, including Two Sigma Real Estate, where he
manages strategy and resourcing. He is also a non-voting observer of the Two
Sigma Real Estate Investment Committee. Prior to joining Two Sigma, Mr.
Conway founded Alluvium to bridge the gap between industrial machine data
and the business and consumer users who use this data to make better
decisions. He served as CEO and was the driving force behind the company's
vision and growth, until its acquisition in 2019 (acquired by Augury). Mr.
Conway is a former senior advisor to the Mayor9s Ofûce of Data Analytics for
the City of New York, and he previously served as an advisor to Mortar Data
(acquired by Datadog in 2015) and YHat (acquired by Alteryx in 2017). Mr.
Conway started his career as a computational social scientist in the U.S.
intelligence community, supporting the U.S. counter-terrorism mission.

engineers, digital product leaders, designers, innovative LABS organization
and data scientists develop and deliver exceptional experiences in close
partnership with agents across the entire KW ecosystem. Prior to joining
KWRI, Cox served at Bain & Company as a senior partner within the ûnancial
services, digital, technology, and advanced analytics practice. Cox previously
served as the chief digital ofûcer at USAA and Regions Bank and as the head
of digital strategy at Wells Fargo.

With close to 25 years of experience in the property data ecosystem across
multiple top data compilers and providers, Andrew has been involved in all
aspects of the business. From building partnerships with well established
leaders in the market to launching numerous Prop Tech startups, his
knowledge, creativity, and consulting have helped the industry evolve and
grow. As the current Director of Strategic Partnerships and Licensing for First
American Data and Analytics, Andrew continues to share his expertise and
support to the Prop Tech community.

Sam D9Amico is CEO and Founder of Impulse, a San Francisco based climate
tech startup delivering a new class of home appliances that redeûne
performance and transform America9s grid. Starting with the highest
performing stove, Impulse home appliances contain high-power batteries that
greatly boost performance, solve common installation challenges, and provide
grid energy storage. Sam studied Electrical Engineering at Stanford and prior
to founding Impulse, he developed and shipped multiple consumer hardware
programs across Meta and Google.

Pritesh Damani is the Chief Technology Ofûcer at Real, where he has
developed an industry-leading proprietary platform that streamlines
communication and document management for real estate agents. In January
2021, Pritesh joined Real9s senior leadership team through the company9s
acquisition of RealtyCrunch, a modern web and mobile app for home buyers
and real estate agents, where he served as Founder and Chief Executive
Ofûcer since 2019. Pritesh holds a BS in computer engineering from the
University of Mumbai and an MS in computer science from Pace University.
