Saharsh Chordia is a Director of Strategy and Analytics at Cortland. He leads
the Analytics and Operations Strategy teams, which includes leveraging data
to drive new business models for the operating platform. He is currently
spending his time leading Cortland's centralization transformation and
developing AI tools to improve business performance. Before joining Cortland
in 2020, Saharsh got his Masters in Analytics at Georgia Tech. Prior to that, he
spent two years at Truist as an analyst on their leveraged ûnance team,
working to provide highly leveraged debt products to middle market
companies. Saharsh enjoys playing tennis, running, and cheering on Georgia
Tech football, while living in Atlanta, GA with his wife and young daughter.

Sherry Chris serves as executive advisor of Anywhere Brands, supporting the
company9s value to its growing network of afûliated broker/owners and serving
as a respected voice in the industry. Previously, she served as president and
CEO of the Expansion Brands portfolio, which included Better Homes and
Gardens® Real Estate and ERA®, where she focused her efforts on guiding
the strategic growth of the brands within the division. Prior to that, Sherry
served as president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
Under her leadership, the brand grew signiûcantly across more than 40 states
and six countries, and established a unique position as real estate9s lifestyle
brand. Well-known for building brands based on next-generation consumer
insights along with her innovative marketing and sales acumen, Chris9s techforward mindset has been proven to usher brands to the next level in the
industry which she serves. She is a strong advocate of engaging with
businesses and consumers through social media channels 3 making her one
of the most followed real estate leaders on social media platforms. Chris
currently serves as co-chair for What Moves Her®, a community for women
empowerment and leadership success in the real estate industry, and is
helping to reshape how women and other underrepresented individuals are
supported in the industry with the organization9s
