CEO & Co-Founder,
Apis Cor
After earning her bachelor9s degree in Space Physics in 2014, Anna made a
leap to entrepreneurship and joined construction and industrial machinery
manufacturing ventures run by her future co-founder of Apis Cor, Nick
Cheniuntai. Working side by side with Nick, at 22, Anna had successfully
managed a massive $6m project to construct and deploy the ground
navigation system at the Olympic Games in 2014. This experience became a
turning point for Anna and Nick, recognizing the construction industry was in
desperate need of automation. Together, they founded Apis Cor, a
construction technology company that builds state-of-the-art 3D printing
robots for full-scale construction. Today, Apis Cor works with D.R. Horton, the
largest national homebuilder in the USA, holds a Guinness World Record for
the largest 3D printed building on Earth, is a ûnalist of NASA9s 3D Printed
Habitat Challenge, and is backed by Alchemist Accelerator and At One
Ventures, VC focused on investing in a world where humanity becomes a net
positive to nature. Apis Cor is proud to have more than 2,000 investors
through equity crowdfunding who believe in Apis Cor9s mission and
technology. Anna has also contributed her insights on 3D printing in
construction as a TEDx speaker.

Blackhorn Ventures
Melissa Cheong is a Managing Partner of Blackhorn Ventures, an early-stage
venture capital ûrm focused on catalyzing and scaling industrial resource
efûciency investment opportunities. In this role, she balances her time
between managing the ûrm9s strategic goals, partnering, and working with
talented and inspiring portfolio company founders, and developing the ûrm9s
investment strategy for current and future funds. Melissa has over 20 years of
industry experience, with her most recent roles focused on range of
sustainable investment opportunities. Prior to Blackhorn, Melissa was Chief
Investment Ofûcer at ZOMA Capital, the private family ofûce of Ben and Lucy
Ana Walton, and held various positions at Treehouse Investments, Imprint
Capital (now Goldman Sachs- Imprint), Plainûeld Asset Management and
Deutsche Bank. Melissa holds a BA in Political Science from the University of
Chicago and received an MBA from Columbia Business School, with a
concentration in Finance and International Development.
Vice President Of ESG,
Kimco Realty
Tamara Chernomordik joined Kimco Realty in 2021 and currently serves as the
Vice President of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). Ms.
Chernomordik is responsible for driving the ESG strategy for the organization.
Additionally, Ms. Chernomordik leads Kimco9s cross-functional ESG Steering
Committee. Previously, she served as Kimco's Director of ESG and the Senior
Director of ESG. Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Chernomordik held notable
positions in the REIT, management consulting, as well as retail industries,
including serving on the ESG team at Prologis. She currently holds the position
of Vice Chair on ICSC9s ESG Steering Committee and is a very active member
of The Real Estate Roundtable9s Sustainability Policy Advisory Committee, in
addition to Nareit9s Real Estate Sustainability Council. Tamara has a Master's
degree from the University of Colorado Denver in Civil Engineering with a
focus on Sustainable Infrastructure as well as a Bachelor's degree from
Washington University within St. Louis with majors in both Finance and
International Business.

Wil is a Partner at 75 & Sunny Ventures, where he has led investments into
companies including Permitüow, Crexi, and HostGPO. Before joining 75 &
Sunny, Wil was an early stage investor at Bain Capital Ventures. Wil spent the
ûrst four years of his career in the technology practice at Bain & Company. He
also worked at Thumbtack, a marketplace connecting customers with home
service professionals, where he managed 400+ of the 1,000 categories on the
Thumbtack platform. Wil graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College.
