Tyler Carrico is passionate about bridging the gap between traditional silicon
valley technology and the hospitality, travel and real estate sectors which led
him to co-found Derive Ventures. A ûrm dedicated to investing in the
Derivatives of Travel and Hospitality with investments in companies like Mews,
Canary Technologies, MarginEdge and Bilt Rewards. Prior to Derive, Tyler was
an investment professional at Thayer Ventures and Thayer Ventures
Acquisition Corporation. Tyler began his career in BoA Merril Lynch's Tech,
Media and Telecom group. He graduated from the University of Virginia9s
McIntire School of Commerce.

Jeanne Casey is the Global Head of Proptech and Innovation at Nuveen,
leading investments and insights in Proptech for the ûrm. Previously, Jeanne
was a Principal at MetaProp, a New York-based venture capital ûrm. Prior to
joining MetaProp, Jeanne was a founding team member and Vice President at
Digital Alpha where she worked on the launch, fundraising, and deployment of
a $300 million growth equity fund focused on digital infrastructure. She has
previous experience with Cisco and Morgan Stanley, and holds a MBA from
Harvard Business School and a BA with honors from Johns Hopkins
University. Jeanne Casey leads investments and insights in Proptech for
Nuveen Real Estate. Jeanne has a background in venture capital, private
equity and technology, with prior roles at MetaProp, Cisco and Morgan
Stanley. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Johns Hopkins
University.

Brandon Castagna is a full-stack developer specializing in big data and has
been hacking since he was a kid. At 19, he was the ûrst hire at a nowsuccessfully exited ûntech start-up. Brandon left FinTech to co-found Rego
after recognizing the emerging opportunities in buildings that need better
visibility into their waste data.

Ashish is the Cofounder & CFO of GlobalFair, a leading cross-border supplier
of Building Materials for Residential, Multi-Family and Hospitality construction
industry. GlobalFair is working with some of the largest Builders and
Contractors across 36 states in the US, giving customers access to global
markets, and providing an amazon like one-stop-sourcing experience by derisking building material supply chains. It is revolutionising the age-old
construction industry by providing a virtual factory environment for its
customers, giving them ability to fast track estimations, budgeting and supplychain reliability for custom manufactured goods with unlimited supply across
multiple product categories. Before cofounding GlobalFair, Ashish was a
Director with the PwC advisory team, leading infrastructure ûnancing deals
across Europe, Middle East and South-East Asia.
