Ironspring Ventures
Adam Bridgman is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Ironspring Ventures,
an early stage sector focused fund investing across construction,
manufacturing, transport & logistics, and alternative energy. His recent
investments span the industrial value chain and include Assignar, Document
Crunch, Handle, Harbinger Motors, ICON, Join, and Stable Auto. Prior to
founding Ironspring Ventures in 2019, Adam launched and managed HOLT
Ventures, the venture arm of HOLT CAT, where he led investments in earlystage industrial technology companies and built networks across key
stakeholders within heavy industry. Adam began his career at JPMorgan where
he covered industrials. He is a graduate of the University of Texas McCombs
School of Business with a Master's in Professional Accounting. Adam is native
Texan and currently resides in Austin.

Fika Ventures
Gabriella Brignardello is a Principal at Fika Ventures, an early-stage fund
based in Los Angeles that invests across B2B software, ûntech, marketplaces,
and digital health. Her primary focus areas include ûntech, proptech,
construction tech, and vertical SaaS. Gabriella began her career as a
consultant at Parthenon in the industrials private equity practice before
transitioning to a venture role at WndrCo, a consumer tech multi-stage fund.
Outside of Fika, Gabriella is very involved in fundraising and operational
initiatives for Mi Casa de Angeles, a 501(c)(3) nonproût she founded in 2009
that is dedicated to improving the quality of education in underserved areas of
Peru, her father9s home country. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Symbolic Systems with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from
Stanford University.

Matthew Brimer is a serial entrepreneur, real estate developer, venture investor,
and multifaceted designer. He is Co-Founder & Chairman at ZZ Driggs, an
award-winning Certiûed B Corp providing next gen full-service furnishing &
design solutions for the real estate industry. He also acquires, designs, and
renovates singular properties in the US & abroad, and he previously cofounded General Assembly (sold for $413M), Daybreaker, and Everywhere
Ventures.
Dr. Sarah Buchner is the Founder & CEO of Trunk Tools, the AI platform for
construction. Trunk Tools is building the brain behind the $13 trillion
construction industry by leveraging AI to organize mountains of unstructured
data, generate insights, and automate worküows. Dr. Buchner is a Forbes 30
Under 30 and ENR Top Young Professionals honoree. With deep roots in all
facets of construction, Dr. Buchner spent her young life as a carpenter in her
native Austria beginning at the age of 12. She advanced in the ûeld through
various roles, including superintendent, and project manager of increasingly
large and complex construction projects. Her desire to create greater impact
the construction industry led her to attend Stanford's Graduate School of
Business, kickstarting her career as an entreprenuer. In addition to her
Stanford MBA, Dr. Buchner has earned several post-collegiate degrees in
conjunction with her full-time construction career, including a MS in civil
engineering and a Ph.D. in data science / civil engineering.
Santiago Bueno is the Co-Founder and CEO of Latii, a Nearshoring
Procurement Platform for Windows and Doors. Formerly the CFO of Tul, the
largest construction materials e-commerce in LatAm, and an infrastructure
investor in renewables, he has worked on projects ranging from North Sea
infrastructure to low-income housing in Latin America. With an MBA with
Honors from the Wharton School, Santiago has built businesses across North
America, Latin America, and Europe.
