Marriott International
Anne Bertsch is Vice President, North America Full Service Development for
Marriott International, Inc., based in Denver, Colorado and Scottsdale, Arizona.
Ms. Bertsch is responsible for building and executing strategic plans for
growing Marriott9s full-service brands in the western United States. In addition
to sourcing and evaluating potential opportunities, she manages and oversees
numerous internal disciplines responsible for supporting various aspects of
hotel development projects. In connection with these projects, Ms. Bertsch
negotiates transaction documents such as management agreements,
franchise agreements, residential license agreements, and agreements
providing ûnancial deal support, such as operating proût guaranties, debt
service guaranties and mezzanine loans.

In his role, Mr. Bingham is responsible for the growth and relationship
management with our private wealth and institutional clients for our ThirdParty property management services. Additionally, Ian focuses on merger and
acquisition activity in the multifamily and Single-Family management space.
He specializes in assisting clients in achieving their investment goals and has a
vast understanding of Primary and Secondary markets thought-out North
America. Mr. Bingham has over 25 years of industry experience in Market
Rate, Affordable, Student Housing and SFR. Before joining Middleburg, Mr.
Bingham spent 5 years at RPM Living / CF Real Estate Services as the Senior
Vice President of Business Development. Prior to that Mr. Bingham was an
executive with Village Green Holding where he focused on both business
development and site operations for 17 years
Managing Director,
DivcoWest Ventures
Breton is the Managing Director of DivcoWest Ventures, where he is focused
on investing in early and growth-stage construction tech and proptech
companies. Breton previously helped launch Prologis Ventures, the venture
arm of the largest industrial REIT, where he invested in companies
transforming the future of commerce and the built environment. Prior to that,
he managed channel partnerships at Euclid Analytics (acquired by WeWork), a
leading location analytics software provider for brick-and-mortar businesses.
He started his career as a CleanTech Investment Banking analyst at Jefferies
where he advised clients on M&A and equity ûnancings. Breton earned his
MBA from UC Berkeley and BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Tyler is the Founder and CEO of Abode, the ûrst ûnancial manager for
homeowners. Using proprietary data and AI in conjunction with a network of
service partners, Abode measurably reduces homeownership costs, including
home insurance, property taxes, and energy. Abode monitors home spend and
saves homeowners thousands of dollars per year, allowing homeowners to put
managing home spend on autopilot. Before starting Abode, Tyler was the ûrst
employee at UpEquity, a Series C proptech startup that enables homebuyers
to make stronger offers. Prior to that, Tyler was a private equity investor at
Madison Dearborn Partners and earned his MBA from Harvard Business
School. Tyler lives in Austin, TX with his wife Taylor.

RXR
Matt leads venture capital activities at RXR Realty, where he is responsible for
sourcing and executing investments in early stage real estate and construction
technology companies. Matt also works closely with RXR's management team
to incubate new business ideas and form strategic partnerships focused on
driving growth. Prior to joining RXR, Matt was a member of the Special
Situations Group at Colony Capital, focused on investing in businesses across
markets, platforms, and asset classes. Matt previously was responsible for the
identiûcation, evaluation, and execution of real estate investments at NorthStar
Asset Management Group and Five Mile Capital Partners.
