Gary is co-founder and CEO of Roofstock, an award-winning technologyenabled platform for investors in the $5 trillion Single-Family Rental (SFR)
sector. Previously he was co-CEO of publicly-traded Starwood Waypoint
Residential Trust (now part of Invitation Homes), and is known as a pioneer in
the development of the SFR sector as an institutional asset class. Gary also
served as CEO of boutique hotel company Joie de Vivre Hospitality and
award-winning solar technology start-up Greenvolts. Between 2001 and 2007
Gary was CFO of ZipRealty, where he led the innovative Internet-based
residential brokerage through its IPO before eventually being named its
President. Gary also spent six years with KKR-backed KSL Resorts where he
was instrumental in acquiring and integrating over $800 MM of resort
properties. Earlier in his career, Gary worked for leading real estate industry
ûrms LaSalle Partners (now part of Jones Lang LaSalle) and Security Capital
Group.

Dawn Becker is an Executive Vice President at Federal Realty Investment
Trust, serving as the company9s chief legal ofûcer and chief administrative
ofûce. In this role, she is responsible for directing all legal matters for the
company and for developing and directing the company9s strategies around
sustainability, information technology and human resources. During her tenure
at Federal Realty, Ms. Becker also served as its COO and uses that deep
understanding of the company9s business to ensure that all support strategies
are directly tied to business objectives. Ms. Becker received her law degree
from Stanford University and her undergraduate degree in economics from
Bucknell University where she serves as an ofûcer on its Board of Trustees.

Alison Bell leads a lean, high impact team responsible for developing digital
and technology strategies for each of CBRE9s lines of business. To accelerate
strategy delivery, Alison and team perform extensive research on industry and
technology trends and their relevance in enhancing CBRE9s market advantage.
This includes managing CBRE9s interaction with the external Proptech
ecosystem and identifying opportunities for technology-oriented strategic
partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.

Liza Benson is a Partner with Moderne Ventures with over 24 years of venture
capital experience and leads investment activity for the Fund with particular
focus on companies that can thrive within the real estate industry. Since
joining Moderne ûve years ago, Liza has led transactions in Caribou, Xeal,
Super, Qloo, Acorn Finance, Bend (sold to HSA Bank) and EasyKnock. Prior to
Moderne, Liza was a Partner with StarVest Partners, a fund focused on
expansion stage B2B SaaS investments. Previously, Liza was a Managing
Director at Highbridge Principals Strategies and a Managing Director at Bear
Stearns9 Constellation Growth Capital. Liza began her career as an investment
banker at Patricof & Co and First Union.

Anna is the co-founder and CEO of Trayd, a construction payroll platform
designed for same-day pay. Born into a construction family, Anna saw back
ofûce inefûciencies and effects on overall company health ûrsthand. As a
result, Trayd was developed to be the single back ofûce operating system for
construction, replacing multiple outdated solutions with an all-in-one platform
designed with payments at its core. Trayd is backed by Y Combinator and the
team is based in New York City. Prior to founding Trayd, Anna was the cofounder of Curtn, a video dating app backed by Sam Altman and Joel Simkhai,
the founder of Grindr.
