Ofûcer, Jim Barrett leads the research, development, and deployment of
cutting-edge processes and technologies in support of the company9s
strategies and vision. He has a deep passion for identifying as well as
cultivating ideas for improvement that beneût their people, clients, and
partners. Since joining Turner Construction Company nearly thirty-two years
ago, Jim has held various positions and has served as Manager of several
Turner divisions. Jim was instrumental in the company9s adoption,
development, and implementation of BIM, Virtual Design & Construction, and
lean construction.

Seth Bandi is the General Manager of Adoor Property Management, a joint
venture between Darwin Homes and Rithm Capital. Prior to Adoor, Seth was
the Head of Asset Management at Darwin Homes and AvenueOne, where he
collectively managed over $3bn in SFR assets. Prior to starting in the real
estate industry, Seth spent 9 years in the Army where he led teams in both
conventional and special operations units. Seth is a graduate of the United
States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from The Wharton
School.
