Cara Athmann serves as the Chief Operating Ofûcer for Cardinal Group
Companies. Cara is responsible for the continued transformation of Cardinal9s
operations to leverage technology, data, and process engineering to drive
business performance and adapt to customers9 changing expectations. Cara
has over 20 years of experience building and leading digital transformations
across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Cardinal, Cara spent about 15
years of her career in consulting building and implementing large-scale
technology solutions. She also spent 5 years at AIMCO, now AIR
communities, working on technology solutions to optimize operations for their
Conventional, Affordable, and Student portfolios.

August Hill
Eric is a founding partner of August Hill and oversees the advisory and
executive recruiting along with their US investment strategy focused around
SFR and service-related businesses. August Hill works with early stage
PropTech companies and owner operators to improve the efûciency of the
industry and source the best talent. Prior to founding August Hill, Eric was the
Chief Operating Ofûcer of Revantage, Blackstone9s Real Estate Corporate
Services. Revantage provides best in class managed services such as Legal &
Insurance, Finance, HR, Valuations, and Technology. Eric was responsible for
overseeing both the day-to-day operations along with business development
and client relations. Prior to joining Revantage, Eric spent 12 years as Senior
Vice President, Equity Trading Services at Goldman Sachs in New York. He
was responsible for developing a global operations strategy, supporting
multiple trading businesses through operations, technology, and strategic
programs. He also built and managed several of Goldman Sachs9 Operations
shared services teams in Salt Lake City, Utah and Bangalore, India.

Architect Ph.D. Sharon Ayalon is the co-founder and CEO of UrbanMix, where
she spearheads the development of digital twin software, driving the real
estate industry into the smart city era. With a focus on urban research, Sharon
specializes in affordable housing and social impact, continuously striving to
innovate new urban tech solutions. During her tenure as a postdoctoral
associate at Cornell Tech, she conducted groundbreaking research on cityscale digital twins and introduced a unique eXtended Reality (XR) experience
for city management. Sharon earned her Ph.D. from the Technion, Israel, and
currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at GSAPP, Columbia University,
where she continues to make signiûcant contributions to the ûeld of urban and
real estate innovation.

Kaya AI
Ojonimi Bako is the co-founder and CEO of Kaya AI. Ojonimi is an
entrepreneurial technology leader and angel investor with over 15 years of
professional experience driving technology innovation and strategy with
fortune 500 companies across retail, eCommerce, ûnancial services, nongovernment organizations, and health care. Prior to starting Kaya AI, Ojonimi
led Innovation and partnerships at Shiseido Group, a leading beauty brand
that has several category leading brands in their portfolio. He was head of
Innovation at Walmartlabs in San Francisco. Over the years, Ojonimi has
become known for his role as an active angel investor, making strategic
investments in early-stage AI and eCommerce startups. He also serves as a
Limited Partner at two VC ûrms. In addition, he has given keynote
presentations several CIO Forums, appeared in TechCrunch, PCMag, and
Engadget.
