Jason Anderson is currently the SVP of Brand and Marketing at Cadillac
Fairview (CF). He is the steward of the CF Purpose of Transforming
Communities for a Vibrant Tomorrow, playing a critical role in maintaining CF9s
leadership as the pre-eminent brand in the industry. Jason oversees a team
that is responsible for brand strategy, creating meaningful customer
experiences, all external marketing, customer insight, partnerships,
philanthropy and one of the largest out of home media networks in Canada.
He previously spent 10 years at Microsoft. Jason held the position of Vice
President, Retail Sales and Marketing and played a leadership role in Xbox
becoming the #1 video game platform in Canada. He started his career at
Procter & Gamble.

David Aron is a Senior Director at Tishman Speyer where he leads origination
of new investments for Tishman Speyer9s Proptech Venture Fund. Prior to
Tishman Speyer, David worked at Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs. David
holds a BS in Finance and BA in East Asian Languages and Civilization from
the University of Pennsylvania, and his MBA from Harvard University.

Tyler Ashby
Tyler Ashby is a Principal at GroundBreak Ventures, a Toronto-based earlystage venture capital ûrm specializing in real estate and construction. He holds
a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen9s University and an MBA from
the Rotman School of Management. Before moving into venture capital, Tyler
spent 10 years as a licensed mechanical engineer, managing large-scale
energy projects worldwide. His extensive experience in estimation, mechanical
design, project controls, operations consulting, and project management has
given him deep, ûrst-hand insight into the construction industry, which he now
applies to drive innovation in real estate and construction.
