James Alfandre
James is a Founding Principal of Urban Alfandre, a ûrm specializing in welldesigned urban multifamily and mixed-use projects in Salt Lake City. An
award-winning neighborhood builder, James holds a Master's degree in Real
Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's
degree in Urban Design and Environmental Planning from Utah State
University.

Sean9s engineering background served as a good starting point for a career
with Holcim in the building materials space, currently in his 19th year. Roles in
quality control, operations, and general management in Toronto, Canada, set
the tone for a digital leadership position as Holcim began to invest in this
space in 2017 in Boston, MA. Since 2017, Sean has led ready-mix digital
platforms for internal and external businesses with a keen eye on adding value
at the construction site. The most widely adopted platform, ConcreteDirect,
supports more than 75% of Holcim9s ready-mix business in 15 countries and
on more than 250,000 job sites. The data collected from these day-to-day
activities has laid the foundation for several AI initiatives and collaboration
paths with construction sites and site personnel. The breadth of value cases
ranges from optimized delivery routes and rates to streaming orders and
delivery data to partners.

Pacaso
Austin co-founded Pacaso to make the dream of second home ownership a
reality for more people after experiencing the profound effect it had on his own
life. Pacaso is Austin9s second startup. In 2009, he founded dotloop in his
hometown of Cincinnati, a company that created software to seamlessly
manage real estate transactions. Zillow acquired dotloop in 2015, and Austin
continued to run dotloop as a Zillow executive until 2018. Austin started selling
real estate at the age of 18 and worked in residential and commercial real
estate for a decade. Austin enjoys running, mountain biking and üying. He lives
in Napa, CA with his wife Angela and their son.
Sean Ali
Austin Allison
Zach serves as the Director of Portfolio Strategy at Time Equities Inc. where he
oversees the portfolio, devising and implementing strategies across the ûrm's
acquisition, disposition, development and reûnancing pipelines. Conducting a
multitude of micro and macro analyses, Zach maintains a full view of TEI's
expansive real estate portfolio and ûnancial standing. He serves as a key
contact to many of the ûrm9s lending relationships. Additionally, Zach chairs
the tech committee, where TEI looks to expand its investments in and
implementations of new technologies from both within and outside the
portfolio. Zach has been with TEI for 7+ years and holds a BSBA from
Bucknell University. Founded in 1966, TEI is a diversiûed investment,
development, asset and property management, and alternative energy
company that has been in business for more than 56 years. TEI currently holds
in its own portfolio approximately 40.6 million square feet of residential,
industrial, ofûce and retail property including about 5,300 multi-family
apartment units, approximately 245,000 square feet in pending acquisitions,
and two million square feet of various properties in different stages of predevelopment and construction. With 339 properties across 35 states, ûve
Canadian provinces, Anguilla, England, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and
Scotland, the TEI portfolio beneûts from a diversity of asset types and
locations. In addition, TEI invests in non-performing loans, B-notes, and
alternative energy investments. TEI has a variety of market concentrations in
the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and West Coast of the U.S., and new
markets around the world are always being evaluated.
