Diana is the founder and president of Maverick Systems, a data analytics and
consulting ûrm revolutionizing the real estate industry. Maverick Systems
empowers brokerages with cutting-edge agent and brokerage analytics, datadriven insights, and innovative strategies to optimize agent recruitment and
retention. Previously, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and a founding
member of a leading real estate analytics ûrm, Diana contributed to the use of
data science applications, including machine learning and big data analytics.
Her deep understanding of real estate data makes her a trusted advisor to top
national brokerages. Diana's leadership and expertise have earned her
recognition as a RISMedia 2024 Newsmaker and a contributing author to
leading industry publications. She actively serves on several boards and
committees, including as a board member of a business group dedicated to
supporting small business owners and young entrepreneurs.

Genia
Zhihao Zhao is the Co-founder & CEO of Genia, building AI-powered
Generative Design CoPilots that accelerate engineering design in construction
by 10x and reduce errors by 40%. Zhihao began his career as the ûrst product
hire at XREAL, where he launched the world9s ûrst mixed reality smartglasses
for consumers in 2017. Later at Amazon, he led teams developing AI
applications, from product recommendations to efûciency tools in supply
chain management. After 4.5 years at Amazon, he brieüy joined LA-based
startup VOILA, where he met his co-founder Robin, an ex-ARUP structural
engineer. Inspired by his own family background in construction and
challenges in Robin9s worküow, Zhihao co-founded Genia in 2023 with Robin
and two AI and software development experts, reimagining a faster, cheaper,
more sustainable construction with AI-powered Generative Design. Zhihao
holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, a Master9s degree in
Computer Science from University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor9s in
Business Economics and Psychology from UCLA.

Suffolk Technologies
Wan Li Zhu is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Suffolk Technologies,
a built environment venture capital ûrm investing in and accelerating
construction and real estate innovations. Afûliated with tech-forward
construction leader Suffolk, Suffolk Technologies has backed 30+ ConTech
and PropTech startups across AI & automation, sustainability, supply chain,
ûnancial services, and smart building themes. Wan Li is an experienced
technology investor and was previously a Partner at Fairhaven Capital, a
Boston-based VC ûrm that has invested over $430M in enterprise software
and deep tech. Wan Li founded and runs MIT Alumni Angels, which has
backed 100+ MIT-afûliated startups. Prior to venture capital, Wan Li held
product and marketing leadership roles at Microsoft. Wan Li holds an MBA
from Harvard Business School and Bachelor9s and Master9s degrees from MIT
in Computer Science.
