Chao is a Principal at Wilshire Lane Capital, an early-stage venture capital ûrm
investing at the nexus of technology and real estate. Prior to joining Wilshire
Lane Capital, he was a private equity professional at Tricon Capital in San
Francisco, focused on opportunistic real estate investments across North
America. He started his career in Citi9s investment banking division, where he
executed mergers & acquisitions and ûnancings across a variety of industries.
Chao graduated from Northwestern University, with Honors and magna cum
laude, and has an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was a Palmer
Scholar.

Sue Yannaccone is President and Chief Executive Ofûcer for Anywhere Brands
and Anywhere Advisors, responsible for overseeing both company-owned
brokerage and franchise operations across the company9s six storied brands,
including Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell
Banker®, Corcoran, ERA® and Sotheby9s International Realty®. Originally
assuming leadership of Anywhere Brands (formerly Realogy Franchise Group)
in 2020, Yannaccone is recognized for more than two decades of deep
expertise in franchise management and real estate brokerage operations. Prior
to her current role, she served as Regional Executive Vice President of the
Eastern Seaboard and Midwest regions of Coldwell Banker Realty. Prior to
that, Yannaccone joined ERA as its Chief Operating Ofûcer in July 2015 before
moving to its President and Chief Executive Ofûcer in September 2016.

Since joining RET Ventures as Partner in 2019, Chris has overseen much of the
ûrm9s activity, including leading new investments, fundraising and providing
guidance to RET9s growing portfolio of real estate technology companies. Prior
to RET, Chris spent twelve years at global private equity ûrm TPG, where he
led growth investments in tech-enabled companies and partnered closely with
CEOs and entrepreneurs. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey
& Company. Chris has an MBA from the Stanford GSB as well as an AB in
Economics and an SM in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Cole Young is the CEO of Diamond Age 3D. Prior to this he ran a fully
integrated rental platform focused on single-family build-to-rent and
multifamily. Before becoming an operator he was an investment banker to the
homebuilding and land development industry where he advised on M&A and
capital raises, at both the entity and project level.

Ali is Global Head of Real Assets at FTSE Russell, an London Stock Exchange
Group Company. Ali leads research on REITs and infrastructure benchmarks
and allocation solutions. Prior to joining FTSE Russell, Ali was heading the
Index & Research department at EPRA (European Public Real Estate
Association), a partner on the FTSE EPRA Nareit Index series. FTSE EPRA
Nareit is the most tracked benchmark for REITs and sustainable real estate
investment. Ali completed his MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
