Ryan A. Williams founded Cadre to begin to level the playing ûeld in
commercial real estate investing, leveraging technology to provide institutions
and individuals access to previously inaccessible real estate and alternative
investment opportunities. Ryan has founded and scaled multiple companies
over the past ûfteen years. More recently, he started investing in real estate as
a student at Harvard University. Seeing the dislocation that resulted from the
2008 ûnancial crisis, Ryan pooled funds from his classmates to acquire
foreclosed homes in the Atlanta area, frequently working with previous owners
to remain in their homes and eventually buy them back. Ryan also worked at
Goldman Sachs in its technology, media, and telecom group, and at
Blackstone in its real estate private equity division. Ryan was featured on the
cover of Forbes Magazine in and has written extensively about the urgent
need for social and economic justice for all members of society.
Brent Williams leads the largest social network for multifamily professionals at
Multifamily Insiders, where he facilitates discussions on emerging trends,
market dynamics, and the evolution of multifamily technology. He also
produces Multifamily Demo Day, which is an online conference showcasing
leaders and startups within the multifamily tech community.

Alex is a leader in McKinsey9s Real Estate Practice, focused on using digital
and analytics to create new products and operating models. Alex has led
several large-scale digital transformations and digital product builds across
asset classes, serving leading residential, ofûce, industrial, retail, and hotel
owners and operators. He has also helped technology players and service
providers in the real estate industry use digital and analytics to transform their
product offerings. Alex is currently leading McKinsey9s thinking related to
Generative AI and its applications to real estate to create tangible business
value. Alex holds a graduate degree in design and engineering from Stanford9s
d.school, where he also taught and researched. Additionally, he holds a degree
in ûnance and statistics from the Wharton School and a degree in International
Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a certiûcate in
UX/UI Design from the Pratt Institute in New York. Most recently prior to
McKinsey, Alex worked on innovation and IoT strategy for the International
Rescue Committee in Amman, Jordan, focused on using technology for
improving the experience of refugees and humanitarian workers impacted by
the Syrian refugee crisis.

Brandon Wright is the Chief Executive Ofûcer and co-founder at Tongo, which
builds secure ûnancial products for the commission-based economy, including
real estate professionals. Brandon has a passion for bringing ûnancial
products to market for underserved verticals. He has served for several years
as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) at Cornell University9s business
incubator, Rev. Before Tongo, he was co-founder and CEO of Katapult (NASD:
KPLT), a mission-driven ûntech company and category leader in buy-now-paylater for online shopping. Brandon has also co-founded and exited companies
in mortgage and real estate. He has an MBA from Cornell and BS in
Economics from Whitman College.
