and co-manages a residential real estate portfolio. David has been recognized
by Fortune and Forbes as one of the top technology investors.

largest homebuilder in the US. His prior experience in manufacturing and
sustainability provides a foundation to approach some of the most important
challenges in construction. He works closely with Meritage divisions to deploy
practical solutions that provide tangible beneûts for our homebuyers and our
business. He is biased in favor of product solutions that shift the burden of
8know-how9 to the product and recognize how they ût in the current
ecosystem.

Based at The LAB Miami in Wynwood, South Florida9s original co-working
space, Tigre runs LAB Ventures, an early-stage investor in PropTech startups.
Their startup studio has created and scaled businesses such as Expetitle,
Beycome, and Lumi Living. Tigre and his partners also recently launched the
LAB PropTech Fund, a venture capital fund targeting technology companies
that serve the Real Estate and Construction industries. Having invested in
more than three dozen startups, Tigre is an active angel investor and a mentor
to local emerging technology companies. He serves on the board of Miami
Angels, the leading angel investor network in Florida, and the advisory board
for the University of Miami9s Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism
(MRED+U) program.

Austin Westerfeld is an associate at Heartland Ventures. Heartland Ventures is
an early-stage investment fund focused on technology that is impacting the
industrial sectors. Heartland has a Midwestern LP base of mid-market
