Richard Valtr is an entrepreneur and ex-hotelier with an extensive background
in hotel investment and management. He project managed a number of
property developments, culminating in the creation of the Emblem Hotel. While
working at the property, he realized that hotel management systems had failed
to keep pace with hotels or their guests, and he founded Mews to bring
modern, seamless hospitality to hoteliers and guests alike. In his time at
Mews, Richard has pushed hoteliers to think differently, from operations and
payments to optimizing every square inch of their properties.

LendTech
Katie Vander Ark is the CEO of LendTech, a lending management platform for
real estate and construction lenders. With over 15 years of experience in
technology startups, corporate development, and real estate lending, Katie
has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth in early-stage
ventures. Katie is also the founder of 2 to 20, an organization with the mission
of supporting female founders and investors in the technology sector. She
holds a Masters in Management from the London School of Economics, a
Commercial Real Estate Certiûcate from Cornell University and a B.A. from
Loyola Marymount University.

ICONIQ Capital
Nina Vascotto is Vice President of Real Assets for ICONIQ Capital where she
oversees the day to day of their hospitality-driven residential fund that holds
over 3500 class A multifamily apartments and is the largest investor of the
property management company, Sentral, where she sits on the board. She is
also a board member of the Madison Square Park Conservancy, the University
of Virginia9s White Rufûn Byron Center for Real Estate, and a member of the
ULI Technology in Real Estate Product Council. Nina was previously at
Jamestown Properties and graduated from the University of Virginia with a
Civil Engineering degree.

Mukund is CEO of Upfront, a cash üow solution for the real estate industry. He
previously founded a medical hardware company, creating the original device
at 15 and commercializing it. He subsequently founded Nobee, a real estate
brokerage in Boston focused on reducing rental broker fees. He has also
worked in the intersection of traditional and decentralized ûnance, coauthoring
the Unreal Primer on Real World Assets and underwriting insurance policies for
crypto debt positions. He is a recent graduate of Harvard University and an
avid Grateful Dead fan.

Veritas Investments
Stephanie9s career began in hospitality in London, shortly after completing her
MBA in her native France, at NEOMA Business School. Her time at French
hotelier Accor eventually led her to Chicago, where she oversaw all aspects of
marketing and communication for the opening of Accor9s premier üag, the
Soûtel, in Chicago. Stephanie later headed up marketing for all of Accor9s
Soûtel- and Novotel-branded hotels throughout North America. Her career
would then take her on to other impressive leadership roles at both Hyatt and
later Kimpton Hotels. Stephanie later departed hospitality for multifamily,
where she held the position of Vice President at San Mateo-based Prometheus
Real Estate Group. There, Stephanie oversaw the marketing and branding of a
15,000-unit portfolio, and she employed her passion for marketing and her
aptitude for strategic thought to execute a successful refresh of the
Prometheus brand. More recently, Stephanie9s career brought her to lead the
centralized marketing and leasing team at Veritas Investments, one of the West
Coast's premier multifamily operators with 8,000 units and 300+ buildings.
