facilitate joining forces and the embracement of technology in order to create
a better built environment. Holland ConTech & PropTech is a successful
innovation ecosystem for the Dutch real estate and construction sector with
more than 220 members. During the MIPIM PropTech New York 2019, Holland
ConTech & PropTech was awarded as Top Association by MetaProp NYC.
EUBIN (European Building Innovation Network), Wouter is co-chairman
together with Sarah Schlesinger, brings together all associations and VC9s in
Europe to connect people & knowledge for a better built environment with
technology, open innovation & digitalization.
Andre is the co-founder and CEO of SketchPro.ai. Previously, he was a
founding engineer at mem.ai, where he led Applied AI. Andre received his BS
in Electrical Engineering and MS in Computer Science from Stanford
University and is an avid triathlete and a passionate violinist.

a generalist investor focused on Seed and Series A investments. Lucas
received his BA from Wesleyan University and earned his MBA along with a
certiûcate in sustainable business from Georgetown University9s McDonough
School of Business.
Pascal Uetz, from Hilti Venture, is an Electrical Engineer with extensive
experience in research and product development at Hilti Group. Pascal
focuses on leveraging Artiûcial Intelligence for the construction industry. His
expertise spans across various technological advancements, aiming to drive
innovation and efûciency within the sector.
