Alex was Entrepreneur in Residence at startup accelerator Techstars when he
began working on The Rounds before attending The Wharton School of
Business. Prior to founding The Rounds, Alex founded a consumer startup
that was featured on Shark Tank (backed by Mark Cuban), and was an
Intelligence Ofûcer at the CIA.

Stephen Trapp
Anneli is Co-Founder and CEO of Tangible, a software platform for real estate
developers to manage embodied carbon at scale. Prior to Tangible, Anneli
helped commercial real estate developers build more sustainably, having
worked for The Better Buildings Partnership in the U.K. and later helping the
global real estate sustainability consultancy Longevity Partners expand to the
U.S. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
As Executive Vice President of Development and Construction for Columbia,
Steve Trapp leads Columbia9s development and construction team. He
provides oversight for the planning and execution of all development and
construction projects for the Company9s owned and managed investments.
Over the past decade, Mr. Trapp has overseen several notable commercial
ofûce development projects comprising millions of SF in the NYC, Washington
DC, and Boston markets, such as the highly acclaimed 799 Broadway in
Greenwich Village, the unique and innovative addition and alteration of
Terminal Warehouse in Chelsea, Trip Advisor9s corporate HQ in Needham, MA,
and the award-winning mass timber vertical addition at 80 M St. in the DC
Capital Riverfront neighborhood. Mr. Trapp is also responsible for all the
management of all capital improvement and tenant improvement projects
throughout Columbia9s 7 million SF portfolio.
