Jen Tindle
Harry Tannenbaum is the President and Co-Founder of Mill. Mill has built an
entirely new system to prevent waste, starting with food. The company has
created a practical and impactful way to take steps at home that are good for
your kitchen as well as our planet. Prior to Mill, Harry led the centralized
analytics group and ecommerce business at Nest, the ûrst machine learning
thermostat and the leading brand for the connected home. During his time at
Nest, Harry helped to scale the business to more than $1 billion in annual
revenue, leading to its acquisition by Google, where Harry was a director in
Google9s hardware organization focused on ecommerce as well as
subscription offerings. Before Nest, Harry brieüy worked at an investment
bank, before deciding that he wanted to work in climate. He received his
bachelor9s degree in Economics from UCLA.
Aaron Tartakovsky is Co-Founder and CEO of Epic Cleantec. Prior to cofounding and leading Epic, Aaron served as Director of Business Development
and Marketing at CB Engineers. He has also worked in federal politics, where
he remains active in advocacy work to bring water sustainability to the top of
public policy agendas. Aaron is passionate about combining new technology,
forward-thinking utilities and developers, and smart regulation to improve
urban sustainability on a global scale.
Shanna has focused her career on the intersection between design and
technology with an emphasis on 3D technology platforms. She is a multi-time
proptech founder having built Sim Ops which was acquired by Autodesk and
Modsy, a home design app, which was acquired by Lennar. Shanna is a former
investment partner at Google Ventures and now serves as the Chief Product
Ofûcer of Lennar.
Jen Tindle is the Vice President of Strategic Insights for Grace Hill. She plays a
pivotal role in driving customer-focused insights across all products of Grace
Hill and including other meaningful customer data. She also leads commercial
strategy for the ûrm. Prior to joining Grace Hill, she founded All About CRE to
close the knowledge gap between CRE and tech professionals. As part of her
educational efforts, she writes a popular weekly Substack. Jen was also a
Founder and CEO of CREx Software, a solutions provider of commercial real
estate data integration software for managers and owners. Jen launched her
career in CRE at Pennybacker Capital, a private equity real estate ûrm, where
she held a variety of roles, including the creation and leadership of the Data
and Analytics team. She started her career at PwC, where she won a national
award for her CPA scores.
