EV Realty
Patrick Sullivan is Chief Executive Ofûcer and Co-Founder of EV Realty and
brings over 15 years of experience in scaling and ûnancing market-leading
renewable development platforms. Prior to launching EV Realty, Patrick was
Vice President and Head of Development for Clearway Energy Group (formerly
NRG Renewables), responsible for the company9s 17 GW project pipeline of
wind, solar and energy storage projects. While at Clearway, Patrick and his
team of developers and technical experts in transmission, energy markets,
environmental permitting, real estate and contract negotiation successfully
commercialized more than $9B (4 GW) of projects currently in operation or
under construction in 17 states. Patrick joined Clearway in 2013 to build the
company9s distributed generation and community solar businesses, which
today is the largest operating community solar portfolio in the U.S. Previously,
Patrick was Senior Director of Business Development at BrightSource Energy,
a leading global developer of solar thermal power projects. While at
BrightSource, Patrick originated development and partnering opportunities in
the U.S., South Africa, China and India, and led the implementation of
BrightSource9s strategic partnership with Alstom (now GE). He joined
BrightSource as Director of Financial Planning, where he had day-to-day
responsibility for corporate capital raising, investor relations, budgeting and
treasury activities. Patrick holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA
from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at University of
Virginia. He and his family live in the Bay Area.

Nora Swanson, who once aspired to be an astronaut, unexpectedly carved out
a 20-year career in the AEC industry. In 2023, Nora joined JB&B, a global
leader in the MEP industry with more than a century of experience, as their
ûrst Director of Innovation and Knowledge Management. This strategic role
highlights her unique ability to navigate the intersection of technology and the
human experience while leveraging her background as a mechanical engineer,
project manager, and Director of Design Technologies. Already in her tenure,
she has established an Innovation Team, launched a learning management
system, and led the in-house development of AI solutions. Nora is a curious
engineer passionate about creative solutions, emerging technologies,
worküow efûciency, and knowledge sharing. She has been honored as a
