Greg Smithies is a Partner at Fifth Wall4the leading asset manager focused
on improving, future-prooûng, and decarbonizing the built world4where he
serves as an Investment Partner focused on Hardware & Materials. Prior to
joining Fifth Wall, Greg was a Partner at BMW i Ventures where he led the
Sustainability investing practice, investing in companies such as Prometheus
Fuels and PureCycle (NASDAQ: ROCH). Before joining BMW i Ventures, Greg
led Finance & Operations for The Boring Company and Neuralink
simultaneously. Greg started his investment career at Battery Ventures where
he covered early-stage enterprise technology startups as well as industrial
technology buyouts. Successful exits from his work there include Nutanix
(NASDAQ: NTNX), AppDynamics (acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc.), and IST
(acquired by Scott Brand). Greg was born in South Africa, and currently lives in
Oakland, CA. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania9s Wharton
School where he received a BS in Economics & a BS in Computer Science.

Felicia is Founder and CEO of arcana, an experiential outdoor hospitality
brand/operator and arhome, manufacturer of prefabricated, luxury hospitality
grade guest suites. With a background in ûnance and management consulting,
she is a Wharton alum who started her career with Oliver Wyman, Google and
Samsung. Prior to entering the outdoor lodging space, Felicia was a cofounder of Canada's largest cannabis retailer which she successfully exited in
2018.

Antonia Elisa Soler Blasco grew up in Barcelona where she earned bachelor9s
degrees in chemical and mining engineering and a master9s in industrial
engineering. She has worked at Hilti for the past 8 years in various roles in
Europe and the U.S., including supply management, product management,
and sales management. Currently, Antonia works with Hilti9s Corporate Venture
team to identify the technologies that will shape construction in the years to
come. Antonia is a strong advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion, serving
as a committee member for SMACNA9s Women In Construction Group and as
a cofounder of Women in ConTech VC.

Minna Song is the Founder and CEO of EliseAI, a next-generation
conversational AI platform for multifamily property management. Trusted by
over 300 top property management companies, EliseAI is transforming
worküows for leasing, maintenance, renewals, payments, and delinquency.
Since founding the company in 2017, EliseAI continues to partner with owners
and operators to build proprietary AI technology that answers questions in real
time, streamlines business operations, and elevates onsite teams. Song
graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a degree in
Computer Science and currently resides in New York City.

Jenny Song is a partner with Navitas Capital, leading investments in
transformative technology for the built environment across vertical AI and
climatetech. Prior to Navitas, she was a founder and operator at an education
technology start-up. Jenny started her career in strategy consulting at Bain &
Company, where she managed strategy and investment diligence
engagements across sectors including retail, supply chain and industrials. She
holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Master9s in
Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School, and a Bachelor9s of
Science from Northwestern University.
