Henry Shields is Vice President of Research & Analytics for the MGM Resorts
Design & Development group of MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas.
Henry provides analytical oversight and support for company Design, Facilities
Maintenance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
This includes the evaluation of strategies and tactics to deploy resources and
reduce the environmental impact of company operations. Henry also manages
elements of the company9s energy procurement strategy including renewable
energy development, utility relations and the regulatory environment. Henry
has been with MGM Resorts International for over twenty-three years serving
in a variety of roles in Finance and Sustainability. He was part of the original
Corporate Sustainability Division (2007) at MGM Resorts International and
continues to champion environmental and social responsibility. He played a
key role in the development of the MGM Resorts Mega Solar Array, a utilityscale solar photovoltaic (PV) plant dedicated exclusively to the Las Vegas
properties of MGM Resorts. This system was commissioned in 2021 and is the
largest direct connect renewable electricity system in the hospitality industry
worldwide. Henry collaborates regularly with the Social Impact & Sustainability
Center of Excellence (COE) at MGM and is a member of the Planet Protectors
Employee Network Group (ENG).

As Head of Client Engagement at August Hill, Stefan leads the delivery and
execution of August Hill9s advisory services business. This ranges from the
formation of GTM strategies, business development, and developing
strategies for organizational effectiveness. Stefan specializes in creating and
leveraging opportunities across the SFR, Multifamily & Residential Real Estate
verticals where he has worked with leading brokerages, property management
companies, point solutions & platforms to develop strategies that win business
and create enterprise value. Prior to August Hill, Stefan was a Management
Consultant in the CFO & Enterprise Value practice at Accenture, where he led
the design, strategy, and implementation of business planning software to
many of the leading ûnancial services, hi-tech, insurance and consumer goods
companies globally.

Alex Shtarkman is an early stage VC with hands-on operating, restructuring,
turnaround, and M&A experience. Alex is focused on proptech, consumer /
marketplace, and SMB / enterprise software verticals. His portfolio companies
include Homesnap (acquired by CoStar), Mint House, eSub, Casted, Grid &
Pixel, and more. The Venture Capital Journal named Alex a 40 Under 40 Rising
Star of Venture Capital and Alex sits on the board of the Center of Real Estate
Technology and Innovation (CRETI) and on the Washington DC Innovation and
Technology Council of the Urban Land Institute.

Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Prior to joining Cherre, Kevin9s 20-year
career includes positions at Deloitte, EY, and Morgan Stanley. Kevin is
recognized as one of the leading commercial real estate tech executives in the
industry and a noted Proptech speaker, author, and blogger. He has spoken at
conferences around the world on next generation real estate technologies like
Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Blockchain. He holds a
BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA in Finance
and Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University, and an Executive
Certiûcate in Machine Learning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
