Jim Rostel is the Chief Operating Ofûcer for Anchor NW Property Group. In
this role, Jim oversees the operational, managerial, sales and support
positions for the company. In addition, he is responsible for creating and
implementing a strategic marketing, sales and customer experience plan that
drives topline revenue. During his time with Anchor NW he has played an
integral role in the development and implementation of a complete centralized
management system that is fully synergistic with the Company9s sales,
marketing and customer experience strategy. Jim is recognized by his peers
as a pioneer in centralized property management. Prior to joining Anchor NW
Property Group in 2015, Jim spent 20 years in Real Estate industry where he
owned and operated his own SFR property management ûrm. He holds a
bachelor9s degree in communications from Oregon State University.

Andreas is the Co-Founder and COO of Pulley. After starting his career in
private equity and asset management, Andreas most recently served as Chief
of Staff to Tooey Courtemenache, the founder, president, and CEO of Procore,
successfully guiding Procore to an $11 billion dollar IPO in 2021 before joining
forces with Princeton classmate Charlie Jacobson to launch Pulley. A ûrst of
its kind technology, Pulley is a permitting solution on a mission to help project
teams break ground sooner, addressing the estimated $50 billion in annual
revenue owners and developers lose to delays in the permitting and
entitlement process.

Mike Rovito is the CEO of Ambient, where he oversees business strategy,
ûnance, and operations across Level9s consumer and multifamily smart home
businesses. Previously, Mike spent 5 years as CEO of Dwelo, a pioneering
smart apartment platform, which he built to over 100k units before merging it
with Level Home. Mike spent nearly a decade prior to Dwelo in energy
efûciency and green buildings at ERS, Inûsense, and Mayor Bloomberg9s
Ofûce of Sustainability.
