Rich Rodriguez

Richard Rodriguez is the Chief Operating Ofûcer of Construction &
Development for The Amherst Group. Rich9s team develops communities-forrent that begin at multiple stages, from raw land to ûnished homes. Rich is
also Head of Real Estate Operations for Main Street Renewal, Amherst9s
property management company, and leads the improvement & renovation of a
48,000+ single-family rental portfolio. Additionally, he is responsible for the
ûeld execution and growth initiatives under Amherst Homes Studio Built 3 a
modular building entity. Richard Rodriguez9s previous role as the Chief
Executive Ofûcer (CEO) of Emaar Dubai, one of the largest real estate
developers globally, is a testament to his leadership and experience. During
his tenure, he oversaw the construction of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building
in the world, and The Dubai Mall, the largest mall globally, along with the ûrst
Armani Hotel and 5000 other residential units in and around the MENA region.
Rich is a retired naval ofûcer who spent 36 years as a Navy SEAL, rising to the
rank of Rear Admiral. He served as the Deputy Commander of Naval Special
Warfare Command and on the Joint Staff. He holds a BS from the United
States Naval Academy and an MBA from Xavier University.
Casey, CEO and Town Founder, has been a part of Seabrook from its
conceptualization to the thriving beach town that it is today. From new
construction to the expanding hospitality program, he continues to work with
his growing teams through each exciting development that continues to bring
new urbanism to life on the Washington Coast.

Nick Romito is the Chief Executive Ofûcer (CEO) of VTS. Nick started his
career in commercial real estate almost 20 years ago as a tenant rep and
landlord broker at New York City9s Murray Hill Properties. There, he expanded
the U.S. presence of international companies while supporting the growth of
the ûrm9s 8-million square-foot ofûce portfolio. Nick went on to AM Properties,
where he oversaw a 3-million square-foot ofûce portfolio, before becoming the
founder and CEO of Titan Advisors in 2009. While leading Titan, a full-service
commercial real estate ûrm, Nick realized the need in the industry for a
technology platform that could transform how strategic decisions are made
and executed across the asset lifecycle. Today, VTS is the industry's leading
platform for leasing management, tenant experience, data, and digital
marketing. Nick has been featured in prominent publications such as The Wall
Street Journal, The New York Times, and Entrepreneur Magazine. He has
spoken at Harvard Business School9s Technology Cyberposium and real estate
conferences around the world including Realcomm, Blueprint, and MIPIM.
Nick is a self-professed outdoor enthusiast and has earned several national
awards in surûng.

Ivo Rosa Montenegro is the CTO and Co-Founder of Vitrus, an innovative AIdriven platform for real estate development. A graduate of MIT with a PhD in
Civil Engineering, Ivo has a strong background in leveraging advanced

With more than 10 years of experience in data science, Ivo has led research

forecasting, sales, and construction. At Vitrus, Ivo is focused on transforming
