Julie serves as Chief Strategy Ofûcer at Newrez. Prior to joining Newrez, Julie
spent a decade working in proptech and ûntech. She held leadership roles in
corporate development and business development at EasyKnock, where she
focused on fundraising, M&A, partnerships, and revenue growth. Julie worked
at WeWork in growth leadership roles across China and India. She also ran
growth at CompStak, building a commercial real estate data business across
80+ US markets and establishing their London presence. She began her
career at Goldman Sachs in the Equities division.

Chuckie Reddy is a partner at QED and currently serves on the board of QED
portfolio companies Mynd, Wander and Mottu. He is also a board observer for
Wayüyer. Prior to QED, Chuckie spent his career in a variety of roles in
ûnancial services. His primary focus started in consumer ûnance but has more
broadly extended to all corners of ûntech and proptech. Chuckie joined QED
after spending 17 years at J.P. Morgan in the securitized products group in the
markets division of the investment bank. He ran the asset-backed securities
special opportunities business primarily focused on principal investing.
Chuckie started his career at Capital One Financial working in the credit card
division. He later transitioned to working in the corporate development group
to expand Capital One9s footprint into new products. He went on to work in the
mergers and acquisitions team focused on mortgage and auto ûnance.

KP is the Founder and CEO of Atlanta-based, Shadow Ventures and a
prominent ûgure in the world of technology and innovation With a background
in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, KP has become a
global authority in AEC environments, AI, robotics, automation, mobile
applications, and cloud computing. He is the author of the deûnitive guide to
Building Information Modeling, ""BIM for Building Owners and Developers,""
""What You Know About Startups is Wrong,"" and the newly released
""Creating the Intangible Enterprise: The critical skills to thrive in an AI-driven
world."" KP's extensive experience included founding and exiting three
technology companies to NASDAQ, NYSE, and privately held futures, running
Enterprise Transformation at Gehry Technologies, and being the General
Manager at ATDC Georgia Tech, one of the oldest technology incubators in the
country. KP is a personal advisor to the CEOs of a number of the largest
architecture, engineering, and construction ûrms in the country and regularly
partners with the likes of Mick Morrissey of Morrissey Goodale and Michael
Beckerman of CREtech. A few major events where KP has appeared on stage
are Autodesk University, SXSW, TechCrunch Disrupt, NYC Building Congress,
Foreign Direct Investment World Forum, BuiltWorlds, Blueprint, and CREtech.
He's a frequent lecturer at universities, including NYU's Stern School of
Business, Georgia Tech, Columbia University, and Harvard GSD, and he's
been featured on Fox News, NBC, BisNow, The Real Deal, the Commercial
Observer, and in the Wall Street Journal.

Starwood Capital Group
Betsy Reed is a Senior Vice President of technology at Starwood Capital
Group. In this role, she is responsible for the strategy, planning, delivery and
ongoing development of our core business applications. Ms. Reed is also
leading the ûrm9s enterprise-wide data initiative SCG360, focused on
transforming Starwood9s data infrastructure and building one uniûed data
platform. Prior to joining Starwood, Ms. Reed worked at Brookûeld Properties
as the Vice President of Business Technology. Before that, she worked as a
consultant in the real estate technology space for over a decade, advising
global real estate companies, helping to build their technology strategies and
improve their operational efûciency. Ms. Reed received a Master9s degree from
Dallas Baptist University and studied Computer Information Systems.
