Managing Director,
PSP Growth
Momei Qu is a Managing Director at PSP Growth, and leads PSP9s venture
capital and growth equity initiatives. PSP Growth has invested in over 20
businesses since its founding in 2018 including OpenSpace, VTS,
HouseCanary, Rheaply, and Pronto Housing. Prior to joining PSP Growth,
Momei was a Vice President at Baird Capital where she invested in healthcare
and technology companies. Prior to Baird, she was at Independence Equity
(IE), a technology focused venture capital ûrm. Momei started her career as an
investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. She earned a BS in Computer
Engineering and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign and a MBA from Harvard Business School. She currently serves
on the Board of The Goldie Initiative, an organization dedicated to elevating
the careers of high potential women in real estate, and on the Board of CRETI
(Center for Real Estate Technology and Innovation).

Crow Holdings
Anvesh Rai is a Director, Ventures at Crow Holdings Capital, where he coleads the ûrm9s venture and technology investment practice. He has been an
early-growth stage venture investor for over a decade, with an exclusive focus
on the real estate technology sector over the last 7+ years. Anvesh also
currently serves as a Mentor at Reach Canada, a growth accelerator created
by Second Century Ventures and backed by the National Association of
REALTORS. Prior to joining Crow Holdings, Anvesh served as a Principal at
Greensoil PropTech Ventures, one of the leading PropTech VC Funds, where
he was jointly responsible for deal execution, and working with portfolio
companies on corporate strategy, fundraising and strategic partnerships.
Earlier, Anvesh was with a generalist VC fund, investing in transformative
enterprise software technology companies. Anvesh holds an MBA in Finance
and Strategy from the University of Toronto and has a Bachelor of Engineering
in Computer Science.

CRH Ventures
Tulika joined CRH ventures with a background in growth equity investing,
focusing on high-growth technology businesses across the globe. Most
recently, Tulika attended Columbia Climate School, where she concentrated on
climate science, energy systems and industrial decarbonisation. She also
spent a summer with Just Climate, a $1.5bn climate-ûrst growth equity fund
investing to decarbonise the hardest-to-abate industries. Prior to that, she was
an investor at Vitruvian Partners, a €10bn+ AUM European growth equity fund,
having previously started her career at McKinsey. She holds an M.Sc. in
Sustainability Science from Columbia University, an M.Phil. in Development
Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. in Economics from
Durham University.
CEO & Founder,
Hamlet
Sunil Rajaraman is the Founder of Hamlet, a company that uses artiûcial
intelligence (AI) to make public information easier to understand. Hamlet's
starting point is extracting key data from City Council and Planning
Commission meetings to make it easier to understand how cities make
decisions on real estate development. Prior to Hamlet, Sunil co-founded
Scripted.com, a marketplace for businesses to hire freelance writers. Scripted
was acquired in 2017, and raised $20M from Crosslink Capital, Redpoint
Ventures and others. Sunil was on the Founding Team of Radiance Labs,
which sold to Bloomreach in 2023 - Radiance Labs was backed by NEA and
Foundation Capital. Sunil owned and operated The Bold Italic, a local San
Francisco publication, which he sold to Medium in 2019. He has held
executive roles, including CMO of Metromile, and VP of Marketing at GoodRx.
