Mentor Pllana is the CEO and Founder Instabuilt, with over 25 years of
groundbreaking contributions to the real estate industry. Since founding his
ûrst company in 1999, Mentor has been at the forefront of innovation,
transforming traditional construction methodologies and spearheading the
development of sustainable, affordable real estate developments. His visionary
leadership has established him as a pivotal ûgure in real estate development,
consistently pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Under his guidance,
he has been instrumental in reshaping community environments and reûning
living spaces. His mission is clear: to deliver sustainable homes that are
affordable to everyone, setting new standards in eco-friendly living and driving
a global shift towards more sustainable urban development.
Chief Operating Officer,
Pritzker Realty Group
John Poe is the Chief Operating Ofûcer of Pritzker Realty Group, an
investment manager, developer, and afûliate of Penny Pritzker9s family ofûce.
John has 23 years of industry experience across multiple asset classes,
including multifamily, industrial, senior housing, retail, ofûce, hotel, and land
development. He has managed $10 billion of investments over his career at
PRG. Prior to shifting into commercial real estate, John worked at Abbott
Laboratories, where he supervised the production of new pharmaceutical
products and completed Abbott9s leadership development program. John
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from
Northwestern University and earned his Master of Business Administration
degree with Distinction from Northwestern9s Kellogg School of Management.
President,
Groma
Seth Priebatsch is the President of Groma, an innovative startup blending real
estate and technology expertise. Groma currently owns/operates a growing
ecosystem of roughly $200 million worth of multifamily assets on behalf of its
community, primarily in the Greater Boston area. After winning the Princeton
Business Plan Competition his freshman year, Seth promptly dropped out,
moving his startup LevelUp to Boston. LevelUp grew over many years
successfully helping restaurants digitize and eventually reached an annual runrate of over a billion dollars in restaurant sales. In 2018, LevelUp was acquired
for ~$400mm by Grubhub. Seth served on the Grubhub executive team,
eventually leading an approximately 1500-person team as Chief Revenue
Ofûcer. In 2021, Grubhub was acquired by Just Eat Takeaway for ~$7bn. Seth
serves as President of Groma and is a major investor in both the operating
