Roman Pedan is the Chief Executive Ofûcer of Kasa Living, Inc., the leading
üexible accommodations brand and manager which he founded in 2016.
Roman has over a decade of experience in real estate investing and
technology entrepreneurship. He was an early team member at KKR's Real
Estate Private Equity group where he worked on hotel transactions totaling
$1.2 billion across the U.S. and was involved in every hotel transaction that
KKR closed during his tenure. Roman was also an early team member at
Juniper Square, a market-leading investment management platform, and was
the founder of a startup called book.ly, a proûtable, vertical e-commerce
website that sold more than $15mm of textbooks.

Andrew is passionate about working with founders to revolutionize outdated
industries. At Alpaca, Andrew focuses on PropTech and construction tech, as
well as metaverse enabling technologies such as AR/VR, gaming, and AI. He
also leads the ûrm9s Asia strategy to act as the connective tissue between
Asian allocators and the US startup ecosystem. Andrew9s enthusiasm for the
built environment began in traditional real estate and economic development,
where he worked across issues spanning housing and transportation to ûscal
policy and broadband infrastructure. Most recently, he worked in acquisitions
at a real estate private equity fund, where he helped close over $1B in deals
across urban asset classes. Andrew received his MBA from The Wharton
School and MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

Clelia Warburg Peters is the Managing Partner of Era Ventures, a venture
capital ûrm she founded in 2022 to invest in innovative business models that
reimagine the physical world. Previously, Clelia was a Venture Partner at Bain
Capital Ventures, supporting the ûrm's Proptech practice and investments.
Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, she was a co-founding Partner at MetaProp,
one of the foundational early-stage Proptech venture funds. Clelia was the
President of Warburg Realty until its sale to Coldwell Banker in 2021, where
she worked alongside her father, CEO Frederick Warburg Peters. She currently
lives in her native city of New York with her husband and two children.

Lisa Picard is a visionary real estate leader with nearly 30 years of experience
in developing, operating, and repositioning major urban properties. As the
former CEO of Blackstone's EQ Ofûce, she built deep executional experience
repositioning and divesting its massive $17B portfolio, demonstrating an ability
to navigate 17 different real estate markets. Now, as one of three founding
partners at Oxygen Investment Management, Lisa invests in opportunistic
ofûce and multifamily assets with hidden potential. Her approach extends
beyond the traditional spreadsheet, focusing on the dynamics of location and
intrinsic value yet to be exploited. Lisa is a deep believer in using a modern
tech stack to leverage a ûrm's expertise and operate at scale. At Oxygen, she
is also collaborating with Jamestown to develop innovative strategies for
monetizing activation in real estate. Her keen eye for untapped market
opportunities, combined with a tech savvy, makes her a sought-after partner
for navigating today's complex landscape.
