World Economic Forum. Meirav co-chaired the 2023 Annual Meeting of the
New Champions (Summer Davos) and is a prominent representative in global
forums and publications. Meirav holds multiple degrees, including an MBA
from Tel Aviv University, she leads the Tel Aviv chapter of the Society for
Construction Solutions and holds a notable past as a Lieutenant in the Israeli
Air Force. Meirav's narrative is one of resilience, innovation, and a relentless

Romey Oulton is the Head of AEC Tech at LMRE, leading a team of global
consultants across EMEA, North America and MENA who are solely focused
on working with AEC Tech candidates and clients alike for their recruitment
needs. She forms strategic partnerships with technology and hardware startups, along with leading VCs, focused on the AEC innovation and technology
industry. In addition to this, Romey leads on LMRE9s DEI initiatives, is a
founding Director of the Women in Construction Technology organization and
was awarded Property Week9s 2023 8DEI Champion9.

Humberto Pacheco is the Co-founder and CEO of Naya Homes, a premium,
end-to-end vacation rental platform that is reimagining the vacation and shortterm rental experience for homeowners in Latin America. Prior to Naya Homes,
Humberto was a Regional General Manager at CloudKitchens, where he led
the company9s virtual kitchen business across Latin America. Humberto was
also a Regional General Manager at Uber, where he launched ride hailing
operations in Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador and Ecuador and led the
Andean, Central American and Caribbean Region as Regional General
Manager.

Daniel Paulino is the Vice President of Digital at Bozzuto, a leading real estate
company managing over 110,000 residential units nationwide. With 20 years of
cross-industry marketing experience, Daniel spearheads Bozzuto9s digital
strategy, leading a team responsible for lead generation, campaign
development, data analytics, marketing operations, and the digital experience
ecosystem. His expertise in data-driven optimization ensures continuous
improvement in ROI across digital ecosystems, media budgets, and
technology platforms. Daniel holds an MBA with concentrations in Marketing
and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh9s Katz Graduate School of
Business.

Nikki Pechet is the Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Ofûcer of
Homebound, a technology-enabled home builder backed by Fifth Wall,
Khosla, Thrive as well as Google Ventures. She started her career in real estate
within New York City, spending almost a decade at Bain & Company, and was
an early executive at Thumbtack, the fastest-growing home services
marketplace, which is now valued at over $3 billion. Nikki also currently serves
on the Board of Directors for Thrivent Financial, a Fortune 500 ûnancial
services company, and she is an investor in a range of early-stage technology
companies. She makes her home in the Bay Area with her husband and three
small kids.
