Lynn Musil is the co-founder and CEO of Pay Ready, a veteran trailblazer with
over 25 years in multifamily spent in leadership roles driving revenue and
scaling organizations with software solutions. Lynn dove headûrst into the
entrepreneur role, has built a culture of excellence, and continues to deliver
quality solutions and impeccable service to his clients as CEO and founder. He
built an intelligent system that deploys ongoing automation, AI, and
statistically-based solutions to improve collection performance while
eliminating friction. This technology has capabilities that span from accounts
receivable management, resident payments, and customer relationship
management engagement. Lynn has an MS in organizational leadership with
an emphasis on strategic innovation and change management from Colorado
State University Global and an undergraduate degree from Colorado State
University. As a speaker, Lynn brings his passion for the multifamily industry,
vast experience, and success in leading over $22 million in ARR, strategically
maneuvering multiple acquisitions and providing innovative and forwardthinking solutions to improve business operations and move organizations
forward through technology. Lynn9s talent and ability to recognize where there

Levi Nitzberg is the Chief Growth Ofûcer at Qloo, where he leverages over 15
years of experience working in technology to advise global brands on the
power of privacy-centric personalization. Levi has a knack for identifying and
championing companies that redeûne our understanding of consumer
behavior and preferences4before joining Qloo in 2022, he played a pivotal
role at Tinder and Match Group, signiûcantly contributing to the brand9s global
growth and recognition. As Director of Global Business Development &
Partnerships, he drove strategic partnerships focused on growth, revenue, and
brand awareness with his innovative approach and strategic vision. Outside of
work, Levi9s cultural tastes are diverse, ranging from Broadway musicals to
Orange wine and teppanyaki cuisine.

Investments
Mel is a portfolio manager and the head of private equity and credit
investments within PGIM9s Sustainable Investments group. He leads the
group9s Climate Infrastructure investing business and oversees an existing
portfolio of LP and Direct investments in impact aligned funds and operating
companies. Mel began his career at Goldman Sachs where he led various
transaction origination, proprietary investing and ûrmwide risk management
initiatives, as part of the ûrm's special situations investing and structured
products groups, the structured credit investing group, and the market risk
management group.
