Barton Malow Holdings
Victor is a construction tech and ûntech enthusiast with a passion for driving
industry growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. In his
current role as an EIR at Barton Malow, Victor is tasked with the exploration,
validation, and prototyping of new construction technology concepts. He
spends time deeply understanding construction worküows and identifying
commercialization opportunities across products, services, and ventures. In
parallel, he9s responsible for validating concepts with potential customers and
deûning and securing appropriate funding supplies. Victor has a background in
construction management, ûntech startups, and venture capital.

Appointed in 2021 as VHB9s inaugural Chief Technology Ofûcer, Dave leads
strategic efforts to advance the ûrm9s data-informed and technology-enabled
initiatives across VHB9s markets, services, and regions. He is responsible for
elevating the ûrm9s proactive and innovative use of data and technology to
deliver future-focused solutions for our clients. Dave brings more than two
decades of experience delivering a variety of data-driven technologies and
trafûc engineering solutions nationally. He began his technology-driven career
working on the TravTek in-car navigation system with General Motors and later
served in numerous consulting roles, including the development of the City of
Orlando Smart City Plan. Recently, Dave was a member of the National ACEC
Planning Cabinet and served as Chair to establish the ACEC Technology
Committee to help educate and inform on the impacts of technology to the
AEC industry.

Dave Mullen is a Partner at Pinegrove Ventures (f/k/a SVB Capital) responsible
for leading investment research and underwriting of the ûrm9s direct investing
strategy, established, and breakout venture capital ûrms for the fund of funds
vehicles. In addition, Dave is an active advisor on business strategy and
fundraising to founders throughout the ecosystem in board advisor roles. In
2020, Dave founded the Emerging Venture Capital Association9s PropTech
vertical, creating discourse and awareness of the 8Built World9 in the tech
ecosystem. Dave has been published on TechCrunch and via his personal blog
on Medium and is an advocate and liason to StartOut, serving on the
programming board. Dave earned an MBA from the University of Chicago
Booth School of Business with concentrations in Economics, Analytic Finance,
and Entrepreneurship and earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the Terry College
of Business at the University of Georgia. Dave currently lives in San Francisco
with his husband John and is a competitive national triathlete. On any given
weekend you can ûnd him biking, running, swimming, hiking or skiing in
Northern California.

Ned Murphy
Ned Murphy is the General Manager for Ambient, overseeing daily operations,
strategic planning, and growth management. Prior to Level, Ned was a
member of Dwelo9s founding team and helped pioneer smart tech in
multifamily over 7 years as its COO and CRO. His experience includes working
in the enterprise and commercial business units at Salesforce and managing a
sales team at a Singapore-based prop-tech company called StreetSine.
