As Senior Vice President of Operations, Pei Pei Mirabella oversees operations
for Bozzuto in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington,
and Wisconsin 3 an apartment portfolio of over 13,000 units and more than
280,000 square feet of retail. She is an expert in urban and suburban
takeovers, lease-ups, mixed-use asset management, and pre-development
planning. Pei Pei9s leadership has been instrumental in establishing Bozzuto9s
reputation as best-in-class operator in expansion markets. Prior to Bozzuto,
Pei Pei was an award-winning professional having worked for both Lincoln
Property Company and Riverstone Residential Group (Greystar). She
graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in Economics. She is a member of
Urban Land Institute, NMHC, and serves on the board of Chicagoland
Apartment Association. She has held several designations and memberships
such as Executive Sponsor of the Asian American/Paciûc Islander employee
resource group and Executive Sponsor for Young Professionals at Bozzuto.
Pei Pei is inspired daily by her husband and their two children. In her free time,
Pei Pei loves to run, travel, and explore new restaurants, coast to coast.
