Andrew Miele has over 17 years of experience in the industry, with key roles at
Four Seasons, Six Senses, and as CEO of Nomade People. Now leading
growth as Chief Development Ofûcer at Proper Hospitality, he brings deep
expertise in luxury and experiential hospitality development, strategic acumen,
and a passion for innovation. Recognized for his industry contributions,
Andrew also serves on various boards and councils and resides in Florida with
his family.

Amber Milks is a seasoned enterprise technology leader who co-founded
BILLIONS with veteran real estate broker Andrew Becker. Overwhelmed by the
proliferation of lead generation, transaction, and CRM solutions, they teamed
up to build a simpliûed real estate operating system focused on streamlining
revenue for high-performing teams and maximizing productivity and margin.
Amber Milks began her career in the nonproût and government sectors before
venturing into the real estate industry with Keller Williams. She then made a
strategic move to enterprise technology, where she managed Customer
Success operations and built Salesforce applications and partnerships for
Veeva. Building on her expertise, Amber took on operational and go-to-market
strategy roles at leading software companies such as Okta and DocuSign.
She has also served as a Board Member for both Girls on the Run and Oasis
for Girls, which supports teenage girls from under-resourced communities and
helps them cultivate skills to build stronger futures.

T3 Sixty
Jack is responsible for the overall management and ûnancial health of T3
Sixty. He previously served as T3 Sixty9s chief technology ofûcer and lead of
T3 Fellows, a division of T3 Sixty. He has two decades of real estate industry
experience with management roles in franchising, franchise ownership and
brokerage. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Jack worked in multiple
technology startup companies including as a partner and investor. He is a
consistent contributor to the Swanepoel Trends Report, as well as various
white papers and abstracts on technology. Jack has a B.S. in electrical and
computer engineering from the University of Texas.

Michael Mintz
Ginny oversees venture investing and 1SV platform strategies. Prior to 1SV,
Ginny led Ventures at Jamestown, a $12Bn real estate private equity ûrm. She
has also worked on real estate technology initiatives at Apple, Fifth Wall
Ventures, and Harvard University after starting her career in product design.
Ginny received her MBA from Harvard Business School and studied
Engineering at Dartmouth.
Michael Mintz is the founder and CEO of MD Squared Property Group a real
estate advisory, property management and investment ûrm managing over 150
buildings and 4500 apartments, 500 thousand square feet of ofûce and 200
thousand square feet of industrial properties in New York, Connecticut and
Oklahoma. Michael is also a co-founder of MYE Properties, a real estate
syndication platform primarily buying government leased and multi-family
properties in New York, Connecticut, Minnesota and Oklahoma. Michael
currently lives on the Upper West Side but is originally from Minneapolis, MN
and went to college at the University of Maryland, College Park. Michael
currently serves at the co-chair of Jewish National Funds Fire and Rescue Task
Force, is the Young Leadership Chair of American Friends of Natal,
participates in multiple AIPAC giving groups, is a member of the NYC
Riverside Park Conservancy Advisory Board and is actively engaged in
multiple other non-proûts and community organizations.
