in leading diverse teams to achieve highly restricted objectives with humble,
focused, and innovative leadership. Currently, as the Construction Technology
Manager at Granite Construction Company, he is responsible for the
discovery, reûnement, and strategic deployment of emerging technologies to
enhance operational effectiveness and efûciency. Aaron9s military experience
as a Green Beret has honed his leadership skills and strategic thinking,
enabling him to tackle complex problems with innovative solutions. Aaron9s
expertise lies in strategic planning, spearheading construction technology
(ConTech) innovations, and fostering a culture of safety and efûciency in
operations. His experience provides a deep understanding of the challenges
and opportunities for ConTech, ranging from idea generation for new products
to the practical considerations and viability of piloting new technologies. Aaron
is a visionary leader whose military background and passion for innovation
drive his pursuit of excellence in the construction industry. Aaron9s

Robert W. McDonald is a Founding Partner of Cherry Lawn Capital, which
specializes in creative capital solutions for high-growth, startup real estate
sponsors. He has a background in real estate-related venture development at
Gemini (now Stackpoint) Ventures and led product and analytics at venturebacked proptech start-up Entera Technologies. Robert has a strong foundation
in traditional real estate at both the asset and investment vehicle-level and
leverages his broad experience to identify structural inefûciencies and related
investment opportunities across both real estate and venture capital markets.

easily envision, personalize, and purchase with just a few mouse clicks. Nicole
has played an integral role within the home-building community over the years
including as Board President of the Home Builders Association and as an
Ambassador for the National Association of Homebuilders-International
Builder Show for nearly a decade. She also currently serves as a Board
Director for the Home Builders Association of Illinois.
