Lineage
Kevin Marchetti is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bay Grove where he
is active in all day-to-day activities of the ûrm. He is also a Co-Founder and
Co-Executive Chairman of Lineage, the largest temperature-controlled
warehousing and logistics REIT globally and one of the largest private REITs in
the world. Lineage owns and operates more than 83mm square feet across
more than 475 warehouses in eighteen countries around the world. Prior to cofounding Bay Grove, Mr. Marchetti was an investor with Ron Burkle and The
Yucaipa Companies where he helped to invest the Yucaipa Funds and
eventually oversaw Burkle9s personal investment portfolio and sat on the board
of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Marchetti started his career with Morgan Stanley
within its investment banking group in San Francisco. He is a graduate of
Duke University and he served as the head manager for Duke University's
Men9s basketball team under Coach Mike Krzyzewski.

Devi Mateti is an experienced senior executive general manager with a record
of successfully leading strategy, innovation, customer-focused new product
development, and go-to-market for companies in the technology, information,
and data services sectors. Currently, Devi serves as the President of
CoreLogic9s Enterprise Digital Solutions Business Vertical, responsible for
property intelligence, data licensing, and real estate solutions that collectively
support targeting, selecting, and marketing a new or existing home during the
sale process. Previously, Devi served as CoreLogic9s Chief Data Ofûcer,
responsible for Data and Analytics strategy, innovation, operations, and
product fulûllment. Before that, Devi was Executive GM for CoreLogic9s
Collateral Valuations Technology business unit. He was responsible for
strategy, $1B+ in acquisitions, innovation, and sales for the market-leading
technology and risk management platforms that serve 1000+ mortgage
lenders and ûnancial services clients.

Point
Eoin is the co-founder and Chief Business Ofûcer at Point. His interest in home
ûnance was born in 2011 when he invested in the down-payment funds for his
friends, Jonny and Francesca, to buy their ûrst home outside of Boston. When
they sold the house in 2014, and the investment was paid off, it cemented his
conviction in the potential for shared equity. Prior to Point, Eoin was on the
founding team at Sendgrid (acquired by Twilio) and Metails (acquired by
Buy.com). He was the VP of Business Development at Rakuten. Eoin holds a
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National
University of Ireland, Galway.

Acquisitions,
DR Horton
Damien is a Senior Manager on the Innovation and Acquisition Team at DR
Horton, the largest Home Builder in America. With a background in Finance
and Accounting, Damien has worked on DR Horton's Builder Acquisitions over
the last 9 years, as well as being a part of the initial team tasked with rolling
out DR Horton9s nationwide Build to Rent program. In addition to his role on
the acquisition team, Damien leads DR Horton's Innovation efforts, as they
look for Strategic Partnerships and Investments in new technologies focused
on attainability, sustainability, cycle time reductions, and an overall better living
environment for our customers.
