Mint House
Christian Lee currently serves as the CEO of Mint House, a leader in üexible
living that combines the comfort of home and the convenience and reliability
of a hotel. Powered by technology that makes every step of the process easyto-use and personalized, Mint House is a new option for nightly, short-term, or
long-term stays. Prior to Mint House, Christian served as CFO of Transûx (a
leading transportation solutions provider), Managing Director of WeWork Asia,
and led Corporate Development at Time Warner Cable, playing a key role in
Time Warner Cable9s spinoff. Christian serves as trustee of his alma mater,
Carleton College, and is on the board of Bronxworks, a non-proût serving the
needs of residents of the Bronx.

MiTek
Mark is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at MiTek leading the
Global Homebuilding Solutions Team. MiTek is a Berkshire Hathaway company
headquartered in Chesterûeld, Missouri. Mark has extensive global business
experience with signiûcant leadership roles in marketing and sales, operations,
investment banking, turnaround consulting, and entrepreneurship. Mark
started his career at Dow Corning Corporation serving in sales, marketing, and
program management capacities. He furthered his industry and technical
competencies at GE Plastics serving in program management, global sales
leadership, and commercial quality leadership roles as a six sigma blackbelt.
After a stint in turnaround consulting and private equity, Mark supported the
growth of global businesses at Nalco Company and Dover Corporation in
General Management roles. He and his wife also enjoyed building relationships
in Asia while he was the Managing Director of Dover Corporation9s Waukesha
Bearings Asia Paciûc operations based out of Shanghai, China.
Policy Architect,
Groma
Chris has nearly a decade of experience working in data analysis and
management consulting for healthcare and tech companies. He studied
political science and economics at Harvard University and has been engaged
in independent policy research and writing since graduating. Chris leads
Groma9s policy department, managing policy research initiatives, building
relationships with external partners in government, academia, business, and
journalism, and advising the company on long-term policy goals and elements
of systems design.

Alice started her career in the AEC industry with DPR Construction in the San
Francisco Bay Area building UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay and Lucile
Packard Children9s Hospital Stanford. She led the Bay Area Skunkworks group
and implemented various construction technologies on project sites. In April
2016, Alice relocated to Singapore to help start up the Southeast Asia HQ for
DPR Construction as the resident BIM/VDC and construction technology
expert and worked on data center projects. She was part of various
workgroups led by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA),
was a part-time lecturer for the BCA Academy BIM Management Certiûcation
Course, taught BIM courses for RICS and spoke at various conferences in the
region. She joined the Digital Built Environment Institute(DBEI) organizing
committee whilst in Asia and is now part of the DBEI North America
Committee since her relocation back to San Francisco. After realizing the slow
pace of digitization in the construction industry, Alice joined the Brick & Mortar
Ventures team to work with startups that want to disrupt the way we design,
construct and maintain the built world. Alice holds a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering from Brown University where she was on the Formula SAE
racecar team and worked in a materials science lab researching lead-free
piezoelectrics.
