As CEO and Founder of Summer, Paul Kromidas is a mission-driven
entrepreneur pioneering an innovative approach to vacation home ownership.
With the vision to carve a new path for homeowners seeking to own a second
home, Kromidas leads the Summer team to open access to vacation homes
by eliminating the headache and risk associated with buying. Bringing over a
decade of experience in accelerating growth and scaling teams across the
technology, real estate, ûnance and strategy sectors, Kromidas has a proven
track record with industry leaders such as Airbnb, Deloitte, Alfred and
Moody9s. With extensive experience in leadership at venture-backed
businesses in the housing and hospitality industries, Kromidas founded and
continues to build Summer with the mission to help American families achieve
their long-term goals. Prior to founding Summer, he was a Product and
Strategy leader at Airbnb, where he led the integration of Luxury Retreats and
the creation of the Airbnb Luxe product. Kromidas holds a graduate degree
from Columbia University, where he graduated with distinction.

Mark-Taylor Companies
In his role as Vice President of Marketing and Technology, Dustin Lacey has
strategically engineered Mark-Taylor's marketing and technology
infrastructure, orchestrating the recruitment of a team comprised of top-tier
professionals and spearheading the implementation of a sophisticated, datadriven marketing and technology strategy. Over the course of his seven-year
tenure, he has broadened his purview to encompass IT, marketing,
communications, strategic projects, and the oversight of the Integrated
Operations Network (ION), directing centralized services for the organization's
portfolio of 30k class-a units.

Lula
Bo Lais is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the tech and
maintenance service sectors. After succeeding with previous ventures, Lais
founded Lula, a rapidly growing proptech company revolutionizing rental
property maintenance. Lula improves the experience for residents and
contractors by streamlining maintenance processes and signiûcantly reducing
the time and costs for property managers. Lais is now dedicated to scaling
Lula with the goal of permanently transforming the property maintenance
industry.

American Homes 4 Rent
Brent Landry serves as the Executive Vice President of Development at AMH
and has been with the company since March 2019. In this role, Mr. Landry
oversees all aspects of development across four operating regions and ûfteen
markets nationwide 3 including site acquisition, development, and
homebuilding. AMH is the nation9s leading developer/owner/operator of highquality, single-family communities for lease 3 having constructed 10,000+ new
homes and developed 150+ new communities to date. In 2023, AMH was
recognized as the 39th largest homebuilder in the US. (NYSE: AMH).
Previously, Mr. Landry served as an executive for PulteGroup (NYSE: PHM).
Mr. Landry9s PulteGroup tenure spanned ûfteen years where he progressed
through multiple roles of increasing responsibility including Director, Vice
President, National Vice President of Sales Operations, Vice President of
Operations and Division President. Mr. Landry is originally from Ontario,
Canada and a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Mr. Landry lives the Atlanta area, is married with two daughters and enjoys
competitive amateur golf.
