Ajey Kaushal is an investment principal at JLL Spark Global Ventures,
responsible for sourcing, evaluating, investing, and scaling early-stage
PropTech startups. Prior to joining JLL Spark, he held roles across strategy,
tech investing, commercial real estate, and management consulting, most
recently serving as Chief of Staff at Anderson Holdings and as an investment
associate at PLG Ventures prior to that.
Sana Khan is a Vice President of Strategy and Innovation with Lennar where
she plays a critical role in investing and implementing technology solutions
across Lennar's core homebuilding business to address current and future
needs. With the LenX team, she helps ensure successful partnerships between
Lennar and portfolio investments so as to realize the strategic value of the
company's venture investments.
Ardalan is the CEO and Co-Founder of OnsiteIQ, a company he started in
2017 after graduating from Cornell Tech. His goal was to make real estate
development more transparent and accountable. Under his leadership, the
company amassed a large database of construction images and developed an
AI that tracks construction progress. This innovation was pivotal in launching
the Construction Intelligence platform in 2022, which helps real estate
developers manage their projects more effectively. Ardalan's background
includes civil engineering, construction management, and artiûcial intelligence.
He holds a PhD from Virginia Tech and an MS from the University of Illinois. He
is passionate about real estate, AI, and overcoming startup challenges.
